"Overall a good place to stay, close enough to the activities in town (Banff) and very near the busses to the mountains. Staff nice and looking to be helpful. Sauna/pools very disappointing. One night, not working at all. But, overall, this appears to be a real family place, and they let young kids run around. If you are older, and looking to relax, you are not likely to like this. "

"Was travelling with a pet and only stayed a night. All pet rooms are in main floor of 2 storey buildings. Floor and walls are paper thin and pipes squeal. Up every hour at night with upstairs bathroom breaks. It was like they were in my room. No sleep. Otherwise nice."
