"The room was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free parking, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to other travellers."

"Stayed here 5 years ago. Nice location and amenities. Hotel rooms need a bit of updating. We were in room at end of hall and the light through the window from hotel next door was bright. Maybe window van be removed. Light in bathroom out (called front desk to get it replaced an never done. I like this hotel but needs some updating. Breakfast needs some upgrades to more nutritional items. Will return."

"The rooms were very clean but a little dated and could use a refresh. The shuttle bus was extremely useful as the hotel is too far away from Banff to walk Overall the hotel was expensive for the condition of what was offered"

"Great hotel to stay in, good location and the hotel gave us a bus pass for 3 days into town. After checking in we drove to our nominated car parking and were greeted by a couple of deer, then in the mornings you would quite often see then roaming around the hotel, it was great."

"The hotel staff was very friendly. We were able to have them hold our bags when our room wasn’t ready while we went out hiking for the day. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was in a great location. The bus stop was right next door and was also walkable to downtown."

"Excellent location in downtown Banff. Rooms were great and staff very helpful. The room did not have air conditioning but we did not need it ( stayed early September). I highly recommend this hotel."
