"Our stay was great! Clean and modern room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop hot tub area was small but nice with great views! There's a great restaurant on site and you can't beat the location."

"Wonderful stay in the heart of Downtown Banff. We were disappointed the Moose Lodge was booked and got two rooms at the Ptarmigan which did NOT disappoint! Found out their sister hotels and we were delighted by very friendly staff, clean hotel and a very comfortable stay. We would stay again. I also enjoyed the close proximity to everything; it was beyond perfect over NYE. The meatball and pasta restaurant was surprisingly good and fresh; I was surprised bc it was unexpected. Can’t wait to visit soon!"

"The room was clean and well equipped. The best feature, the hotel is conveniently located in Downtown Banff. Shopping, transportation, and restaurants are all easily in walking distance. The staff were helpful and check in was smooth. Excellent option when visiting Banff."

"Great hotel! The fishes and utensils in the kitchen are limited. Our room had no hangers they all had been taken and not replaced. Over all its a great kept property."
