"We were greeted by very friendly, competent, knowledgeable staff. Great check-in, our room was comfortable, clean and ready when we arrived. The bathroom could use some updating but has been refreshed and looks good. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, kept clean, had plenty of options. The "always ready" coffee and tea in the lobby was so nice to grab as we were coming and going on all of our adventures. "Right next door" shopping and restaurant options are fantastic, there is just about any type of standard option you could want to find within a 10 minute drive. Mexican, sushi, italian, breakfast, seafood boil, American bar/bistro food, etc. Movie theater, WalMart, World Market, Ross ... really good proximity. Hot tub and pool were clean and I noticed a lift for accessibility. Definitely recommend this stay if you are going to be in Phoenix but want to avoid downtown."
