"I was pleasantly surprised! The property is well maintained, staff is very friendly and there are great amenities. Free breakfast and dinner- and it’s good food too! Can’t beat that. Didn’t get to use the pool but I would bet it’s as clean as the rest of the hotel. Definitely recommend. Great pricing and even better than a lot of higher end hotel brands I’ve stayed at!"

"Incredibly disappointing service and severe pest issues — Will not return We chose The Boulders expecting a luxury experience, but unfortunately, the service and room quality fell completely short. Days before our arrival, I emailed the property to request an early check-in (offering to pay extra if needed) but never received a response. When we arrived early, we were told our room wasn't ready. We spent the next several hours checking in periodically—waiting at the lounge, then heading to the golf course restaurant for lunch—only to be repeatedly turned away. We weren't finally given our room until 4:00 PM. The real breakdown happened after we returned from dinner. We found a spider inside one of our towels, followed by more spiders on the furniture and sink, and bugs in the bed itself. In total, we had to kill 8 spiders, a moth, and another bug. When I called the front desk to request a room change due to the infestation, I was flatly told they couldn't accommodate us. For the price point and reputation of this resort, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and unhygienic room conditions are unacceptable. We will not be coming back."

"The machine to get water was "out of order". The coffee machine was "out of order". I had to get written instructions on how to change the input on the TV before we could get it to come on. Our truck got a huge ding in the door that was a little upsetting."
