The stay at Baymont was nice. The staff are all super helpful and wonderful. It was very quiet most of my stay. The only thing that I feel can be improved is the upkeep of the grounds (there is often trash in the bushes etc), and also I think some sort of security is needed as there are often homeless ppl around. I once came in a side door in the building and there was a homeless woman and her dog in the stairwell! I screamed, the dog barked, and she quickly left. Also access to the pool should be verified so that ppl who aren’t guests aren’t able to walk up and use it. But I def would stay again as the check in is easy and the staff are great (even the cleaning staff).

Room was reasonably clean but not cleaned properly. Water was dripping from above hitting the outside top of the A/C unit making a tapping noise every second, aggressive noise that was not nice to listen to. I asked front desk if they would go outside and put a folded towel on the spot the water was dripping, to help absorb some of the noise. Lady said she would tell maintenance. Nothing ever happened. No black out shades for the window, Cracker Barrel next store had very bright security lights that shined through the blinds keeping the room very bright all night long. I have stayed here many times and will stay again, would be nice if they would clean a little better. Good beds and hot water, just needs better cleaning.

Room was clean, staff responsive, it is an older property and needs updating. Room had a Venetian blind but no drape. Sink and bathtub had cracks and peeling on bottom. No closet. Breakfast was lacking. We came down at 910 and there was literally nothing left and we were told it ends at 930.

Cheap alternative.

Nice area and friendly. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Building not maintained, black mold on the ceiling in the shower and the outlet for the refrigerator microwave didn’t work.

Room was bare necessities. No pictures on wall. There were no curtains and only a cheap blind that let in light all night long. Bright light outside the window. Could have read a book. Breakfast was waffles, white bread for toast and two kinds of cold cereal. Juice and coffee. Room was clean which was a plus! No microwave but did have a refrigerator.

Staff was okay. Temp was comfortable. I looked through the drawers for a tv channel guide and found a clear plastic bag with some poop soaked underwear and a poopie blanked stuffed into it. Disgusting!!! And there were roaches, 5 that I counted.
