"When I arrived, the lobby looked nice.But you could tell the property was very run down. The first room I was sent to had visible bed bugs so I went downstairs and asked for a different room.I was given another room.It wasn't a much better shape, but\nNo visible bed bugs. The rooms had newer flooring in them. Nothing was upgraded. The headboards attached to the wall had been stabbed and scratched all up in both rooms. The first room there was dirt and debris along all of the walls and trim of flooring, the second one was a little bit cleaner on the floor.. We may do because I had already paid for the room and knew it would be a hassle to get a refund. The staff was very nice.I don't blame them for the conditions of the place.There was quite a few people staying there , so they must be used to those conditions. It did look unsafe but I had no problems with any other people in the area. Bads were surprisingly comfortable."

"This property is nice and conveniently located near to major attractions in Kissimmee. The cost wasn’t bad for the unit we received, but it was pretty dated and could have been cleaner in some areas. I usually do a bit of a deep clean when I get to frequently used spaces, but had to do a thorough clean in the kitchenette area, especially the flat stove stop. Overall, not bad and you can save money by preparing meals if you have a kitchen/kitchenette situation."

"Old and aged. Far from nice condition. In desperated need of renovation. The air conditioner in my room sounds like a freight train. .. TV is a joke ..! Nothing its better ... regular broadcastibg TV and pay per view like 1995. ... Everything was pretty dated. Bed was also pretty average. I ended with the shower faucet knob in my hand ..! Restaurant is average. I recommend to do not pay the breakfast and go to Panera two blocks away for half the price. I paid for the breakfast in my package and do not worth it. Staff was very kind. Plenty if parking. Close to epcot. In need of urgent renovation. "

"Disappointed the adult pool was closed, but understand - the outdoor bar and barcade hours should be longer. Crazy that they close so early . "

"Be prepared for extremely loud road noise all night. The windows are cheap and thin and block none of the noise from I-4 and Rt98 right outside. Two nights of no sleep. There's better for the money. "

"Staff are very friendly. Property is under complete renovation. Room has no hot water, mentioned it to the front staff several times, I just gave up. Housekeeping was not regular, went three days with none. The funniest part of the stay was as I was leaving I needed to know why the bed made such awful crackling sounds, the mattress was indeed new, complete with the plastic wrap it was delivered in. They just threw linens on top of it. "
