"I enjoyed the new look, cleanliness, and the hospitality from the receptionist was elite.. PERIOD! I was disappointed that the microwave was eliminated from the room, equally disappointed that the breakfast no longer served sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs. All in all it was a great stay. Did I mention the receptionist? Damn, she was what customer service should be about."

(The breakfast room, in the former library and logia, feature lovely woodwork and is warm and comfortable.) The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. "
