"For the price it was a good stay. Walking distance from many shops and restaurants and the lake. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again. "

"Hot tub was not hot and jets did not work. Wifi did not work. Plug for the bathtub did not work. People above us were exceptionally load. Also, the bed was very soft on one side and firm on the other side. Very disappointed so that we left 1 day early."

"Room the bed smelled lile a fat person slept there and sweated alot . The wall by the sink was splashed with white stuff. The cabinet where napkins stay was filthy brown .. bathroom shower had only few pumps of body wash . The seating pad kept sliding of the bench in the room.. at least tie it down .. The jaccuzi was nasty water , had flies ect in it.. The jets didnt work, worker said someone would turn it on , but nobody came.. Pool water was closer to cold. The hotel was not very clean at all . I felt nasty like i need a shower after staying there. Lady who checked us in was nice , the next one in the morning was not as nice. "

"This was my second visit to this property and I will be back! Always such a wonderful stay at South Lake Chalet! The staff was incredibly responsive and genuinely kind, making everything feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Plus, the location is perfect..just a short walk to the casino and nearby shopping. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient getaway!"

"Spent 3 nights here and would love to have stayed more! Very friendly staff (shout out to Regina), clean grounds, excellent location and pool/hot tub were a hit for whole family. Only negative is the expensive valet parking. There are other options nearby to park, but they are equally expensive. I would have preferred to see this included in the nightly rate. However, I will definitely visit again. "
