"Overall good stay... nice people and great customer service!"

"Hotel is across the street from the beach, it is convenient. Pool is small, but seems cozy enough. One restaurant to eat at in the hotel, but expensive and not that great! We did eat there 1 time, but didnt plan on eating there every day. When we ordered food to go from an outside restaurant was reprimanded for sitting at a table outside near the pool, even tho no one else was using the tables at all. If we had gotten drinks from the bar would they have reprimanded us for sitting and eating. Maybe not, but who knows! One of the employees told us we would need to eat in the lobby! Kinda crazy. We r paying guests at the hotel and eating by the pool til time to leave for the airport. To me, this is not hospitable! This hotel was ok, it wasnt high class, usually had to call for towels and coffee cups to replenish the room. Three occupants and only had 2 towels each night and only coffee cups the first night. Im a little salty that we were reprimanded for the outside food. This unfortunately has clouded my view to stay here in the future!! You tend to remember how people made you feel!"

"Breakfast actually hurt our stomachs. The eggs and bacon were weird. You only have bread and bagels as options. For coffee it’s Folger. Fruit selection was very slim and we were told not to touch the good fruit when a mimosa area came to be. Our sleep was ruined by the fact that every morning we heard weights being dropped on the floor. For a 2 night stay definitely ask if you’re above a gym if you want a good nights rest. The pool area is infested with mosquitos and could use some remodeling. The parrots and the lizards made you feel like you were in paradise. However the dirty koi pond could be cleaned up. Fish are important too. "

"The hotel is very well situated with access to the beach. The pool and hot tub were taken care of daily which was a plus for us. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The shuttle bus was on time and the driver was polite and helpful with our luggage. I would recommend the hotel to include a small shop with some quick food options like chips, ice cream, juice, milk, gum etc. mainly since the Win Dixie supermarket near by is out of business so there isn't another place within walking distance to buy things like that for kids. Overall, we were happy and would stay here again."
