"Quick overnight stop on the way down the M6. Chosen because they have an EV charger and accept dogs, albeit for a £30 surcharge. Bit cheesed off at having to pay £12 for parking though. Room very nice and a good breakfast. Would stay again if passing"

"This was the second and last time we stayed at this hellhole, the room was dirty, a sea view but you can't see out of the window , it was that dirty, I asked several times for it I be cleaned , for my sheets to be changed and room cleaned , and they didn't , £360 for two nights for this level of service. The radiators are on all day and all night full blast in the room, this is no exaggeration. The TV or remote doesn't work and is about 20 years old, I can not understand how it can be this bad and still run as a business, I feel like I've been scammed . There's a kids play room in the basement, the door handle is hanging off if a kid ran to that door and lost balance they have there eye out. Its laughable they've don't nothing to rectify the poor service in anyway, when I spoke to the manager when we were leaving he wasn't in anyway sympathetic or concerned about all the problems we had, just gave me another email address and totally passed the book as as did every member of staff I spoke to all weekend. Do not waste your money and do not stay at this hotel, worst hotel experience of my life, will never visit again Warning to anyone thinking of visiting Blackpool, just have a look about and avoid this place like the plague"

"As I was only staying 2 nights the room was fine but any longer and I'd have asked to change room, as very noisy overlooking main road. One of the security cables on window had been cut, so window could be opened wide! I was in a room with twin beds….only one had clean bed linen on. Bit disappointed with starkness of the room but not bad for price."

"Stop over stay on the way to Scotland. Great staff and dinner and breakfast were great. Rooms comfortable if a little dated. All good"

"We went for the "privilage" room, the best option they have cause it came with a walk in shower. That was a must as my partner has an injury. We stayed 2 nights, the room was so basic, very similar to the Premier Inn just slightly bigger. So bad points, there was a 1 inch gap still there when you close the window, so it was pointless closing it. You could hear the traffic on the motorway and the wind was still blowing through. As we walked out into a courtyard area, my partner slipped and fell on the floor because it was so slippery. They mopped the outside tiling floor and didn't display wet floor signs. It looks good from the outside but the inside was very basic and you pay way more than its worth."

"They have multiple buildings on the property. We had 2 rooms, not in the same building. Both were excellent, but one was superior and also had a washer/dryer. They were the same price, but room 30, was much more convenient, than the rooms in the 40’s. Longer walk and up a tight stairwell. Besides that, both rooms were great. Very spacious and convenient. Restaurant was full and no other dining options close by, so that was unfortunate. Our fault for booking last miniute though."
