"We arrived a bit earlier than we needed to but we wanted to ensure we got one of the 5 spaces. We were greeted by George who was very friendly and accommodating. He helped massively with the parking and showed us to our room which was absolutely lovely inside. Everything we could need. My only minor issue with my stay was that because the car park is small you hand your keys to george or martin ... which is fine if they need to move my car with it being a very small car park. "Very good a-la-carte breakfast. Nice location, close to the old town and few minutes walk from the train station. Complementary, delicious cookies in the room. Charming hotel and bedrooms, one issue is that water was dropping in the bedroom from the ceiling, from time to time. I notified the reception so I hope they fixed the issue. "

"A last minute booking. As some reviews have said it’s just off M6 and better than staying at a service station. Our thanks to Sharon and Andrea who made our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was through and friendly. The accommodation was spotless, a home from home. If you are looking for accommodation near J35 of M6 then I would highly recommend stoping at Pine Lake Resort. We will certainly be staying there again and perhaps. Extend our stay."

"An excellent stay once again in Lancaster House Hotel. The room we had was perfect for all the amenities in the hotel(room 10). It was very clean and an excellent bed 🛌 👌 we both had a great sleep. We decided to have dinner in Sandemans Bar after checking reviews about the new evening menu in the foodworks restaurant.
