"I really love this place. It's so convenient, right next to the airport, just take to pods from Car Park Level 2 & you're there in 5mins. Keisha at the front desk is so pleasant & helpful. I will always stay here when I have an over night layover in LHR. "

"We booked a lounge access room , the key card wouldn’t give us access to the lounge . Another guest had the same issue as us . As we had a 2.30 am start we ordered room service . The shower had been turned off so tightly we struggled to switch it on in the morning The room was really hot as the air con didn’t appear to work We asked for a 4.00 am taxi to be booked as the shuttle doesn’t start until 4.30 - this wasn’t booked , luckily there was a driver available to take us."

"Good choice for travel as all night check-in, which is not the case for many places. The room was 26 Celsius all night, despite trying to turn the thermostat differently no window to be opened. Made it very uncomfortable. That was our only complaint. Average non-fancy room good for just a quick overnight stay while traveling wouldn’t stay here for a long period of time though as out by airport and no amenities"

"The laundry facilities don’t exist. Had to send them out. The hotel charged me 600.00 American dollars for a small load of laundry. Staff said nothing they could do. Very upsetting."

"Very clean. Soundproofing was excellent given the location. Check-in and check-out was painless. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. One minor gripe would be the lack of USB charging points in our room."
