"Fabulous night's sleep before a long flight. Hotel is right at T5, so parked the car and then walked to the hotel. Perfect for a pre trip stay"

"We booked a family room with a double and a single bed. Room provided was 3 single beds. Tiny room - much smaller than I expected for a family room. No room for us to all have our luggage out. Very basic room and not what I expected for the money paid. PODS to the airport were convenient but not free as indicated on the hotels website. Disappointed in our stay. Would not stay again."

"The radiator was set on maximum but did virtually nothing. The outside noise was.... bad. The milk cartons for the coffee were out of date!! It was a bed for the night and that's it with free parking."

"The room was meticulously clean and the bed was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone having a layover at Heathrow Terminal 5. A very convenient place to commute to - either a H5H shuttle bus or one of the local busses (706 or 709… I don’t remember exactly) will take you from the terminal to the airport in less than 10 mins. "

"Amazing hydrotherapy pool. Steam room nice sauna sadly closed for maintenance. Room perfect for Heathrow hotel. Very clean big bed spacious. Breakfast excellent, evening meal in hotel also very good - not cheap but fair price was good. Easy transfer on “hoppa” bus to terminal 5 (NB this hotel is 10 minutes from terminal it is NOT on site terminal hotel which we found misleading) Only gripe was only had alcoholic drinks available in executive lounge between 5-7pm. Ideal stay for lunchtime flight. Thank you! "
