"I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. My room was lovely — very cozy bed, stylish bathroom, and even a fridge, which was super convenient. The whole place feels really well looked after. I stayed in autumn and it was so peaceful. There’s a beautiful little stream behind the hotel, and the pools and outdoor spaces look amazing — perfect for summer. "Beautiful property, attentive staff, delicious food. We had a lovely room in the Chateau but…….no air conditioning….They had a system that did not cool the room at all . Our tester said 28 degrees…unbearably hot. We reported it to the reception and they did attempt to turn it on ,but it kept going off. Not comfortable . Hopefully they will correct this ….then this rating will be excellent. "
