"When we arrived there was nobody at reception to check us in so had to ring the main office then someone did turn up.We had to use 3 flights of steep stairs with a heavy door to open at the top as the lift was out of order.The room on the 3rd floor (314) smelt musty,Carpet worn away by the bedroom ..."
