Great pool home near Puerto del Carmen
The house is luxurious and laid oit for entertainment. There is one ensuite bedroom downstairs off the split level lounge (mind your step as there is a 0.5 metre drop). Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The house has every convenience for a family or for sharing by two or three couples. A car is essential, as Tias is a few km away and the beaches, pubs and shopping in Puerto del Carmen is a further 5 or 6 km.

Relaxing, Spacious - not a disappointment
This is a beautiful villa in a quiet residential street. Lovely bedrooms with serious black-out blinds. Unfortunately, strong winds during our visit meant the bedrooms upstairs and down were impossibly noisy overnight. Relaxing living space and charming outdoor areas. A negative aspect is the dirty upholstery on the comfortable sofas. These need a good dry clean and replacement over-covers. Although the bedlinen was clean, the pillow protection covers underneath were stained & smelly and needed a boil-wash before use. Hence, I was pleased to have a washing machine for our first day!! Overall a great stay and would consider returning in future.

Beautiful Villa
My husband and I stayed with our son, his wife and their 2 children - 8years and 6months. The accommodation is really well laid out, light and airy and was immaculately clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped and pleasant to cook in - with a bbq and grill provided too; we made use of these most days. The outside pool area is spacious and also well equipped and we appreciated having outdoor towels for the pool too. The location was perfect for us - quiet location and a lovely neighbourhood. The Villa benefited from a nice breeze and sun on the pool all day. We were about a 10-15 minute drive from Puerto Del Carmen. We had a car but also used local taxis when we went out - they were easy to get hold of and very prompt too. It was about 15 euros into the centre of Puerto Del Carmen. Communication from Jean-Luc and Juan was prompt and super helpful which was definitely appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending this bill and we are already looking at planning our next trip.

Absolutely AMAZING Villa
This was quite honestly one of the best holidays we have ever had!! The villa was AMAZING and had absolutely everything we could need. The ONLY thing that would have been very much appreciated was if there had been a couple of bottles of water left in the fridge for our arrival (we didn't arrive at the villa until midnight so had to wait until the next morning to pick up supplies). The pool was fantastic and a lovely temperature. Our son enjoyed playing in it every day, as did we!! The beds were also very comfortable and we all slept well during our stay. The views from the villa are stunning and the area was SO quiet!! Neighbours were friendly although we didn't see much of them! A car is definitely a must but getting around was super easy and there were so many shops and restaurants within a 10 min drive. Lanzarote is stunning and this villa made a fantastic base to explore the island. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to others. Jean-Luc is a wonderful host and communication was very prompt, professional and helpful. Overall a 5star stay for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect holiday
The villa is in a lovely quiet location but not too far to travel by car into Tias or Puerto Del Carmen. Villa has everything you could need and plenty of space. Outside area is fabulous with a lovely large pool, seating and sun loungers. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend.

Stunning villa
I want to live here! What a great villa with everything you might need thought of and available. The pool was great and always a nice temperature. Great sea views from the balcony. Quiet neighbourhood and fantastic location for exploring Lanzarote.

Perfect villa for a relaxing break
Really glad we chose this villa for our first summer holiday in a while, spacious, clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. Nice sized pool and great terrace with loads of room. Great central location too, supermarkets, restaurants and airport all within close driving proximity while still being quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend to friends and family looking to stay in Lanzarote!

Such a lovely, stylish villa, and great value for money. The pool was heated to a lovely temperature - so that even on cooler days we could stay in there as long as we wanted. I could not recommend the place highly enough. Ideal.

Excellent property spoilt by cleanliness and maintenance issues
We were really looking forward to our stay at this villa as soon as we got there we tried to go out by the pool and both the french doors had loose handles that came off in our hand as the fixing screws were stripped,toilet seat in downstairs toilet looked like it cost 2 euros and was falling off and dangerous when we went upstairs the bathroom had an awfull smell of drains that didn’t go until we poured a bottle of bleach down the shower drain but smell came back after three days,we went to bed only to find beds damp and smelly like the bedding wasn’t dried properly before putting on the bed my elderly dad was diagnosed with pneumonia after we got back I’m sure the damp beds didn’t help him pillows also smelt,the pool was filthy and the pool guy only turned up the day before we went home and my partner cleaned every room and collected a huge amount of dust dirt and hair like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in months I don’t normally write reviews but it really spoilt our stay and the problems I have mentioned would cost next to nothing to sort out I think the owner should up his game so people would be comfortable at keep coming back as the villa itself is nice

We have a professional cleaning team that does the housework thoroughly. I communicated your comment to the cleaning team who will be attentive in the future. Regarding the small hardware problems, they are solved. There is someone who takes care of the maintenance of the house and who is available 7/7 days. I give his coordinates to all my guests. Our Villa was exactly the same as the picture not one thing was different! It is a Beautiful Villa with the best views of the Sea and Volcanos....Our children absolutely loved the Swimming Pool and was in it everyday. I honestly can not say a bad word about it. We loved it so much we are looking to go back in 2018!

Une belle découverte
Nous sommes arrivés pour un séjour de 2 semaines dans cette magnifique villa. Les indications de l'aéroport à la maison etaient très utile car les rues ne sont pas forcément indiqués. La récupération des clefs est très pratique et l'alarme est facile à désactiver. La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Les accessoires pour la piscine sont appréciables, cela évite des achats supplémentaires. Le vent a soufflé fort quelques jours mais ne nous a pas non plus empêchés de dormir. Il n'est pas possible de manger en terrasse le soir à cause du vent mais la salle à manger et très accueillante et les lumières qui peuvent être réglées en intensité sont pratiques. L'aller permet de facilement garer 2 voitures indispensables pour visiter l'île. La maison est situé près d'un terrain de basket et 2 foots avec un petit espace de balancoire, sympa pour une mini sortie nocturne avec les enfants. Il y a des commerces et de bons petits restaurants à proximité. Enfin la maison est idéalement situé pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Het is een mooie villa met een hele centrale ligging, perfect om het eiland te ontdekken. Dichtbij enkele kustplaatsen om te genieten van terras, zon & strand. Contactloos inchecken is heel goed opgezet. Het zwembad wordt inderdaad lekker verwarmd (*). Binnen was alles netjes gepoetst. De meerdere (kleine) gebreken doen wel enorm af aan het eerste idee. Heel jammer, want mits een paar controles en kleine renovaties is dit een geweldige woning en locatie. (Ik had het idee dat er wat verwaarlozing aan de gang is): - Bij het binnen komen hing er een muffe geur in heel de woning. Na een tijd verluchten opgelost in de woonkamer, maar niet boven. De muffe, vochtige geur blijft terug komen. - Het terras boven was heel vuil en langere tijd niet gepoetst, het lag vol vogelpoep Het terras beneden was ook niet heel proper, vogelpoep. We hebben zelf geschuurd. - Het zwembad was warm, maar ook niet echt proper en zeker niet recent voor ons verblijf gepoetst. Na enkele dagen werd het water koud en heel groen. Op de avond voor ons vertrek is de poetsdienst gekomen en bleek dat de pomp en verwarming waren uitgevallen. Iets met de zekering. - Badkamer op eerste verdiep ruikt enorm naar de afvoer - De keukenvoorraad was niet volledig. Het is een goed idee om mensen te vragen naar Ikea te gaan als er iets stuk gaat, maar dat wordt duidelijk niet uitgevoerd. - Het toilet op gelijkvloers staat los - Doucheslang boven is stuk - Zowel in douche als bad is er aanslag / roest - Er zit geen glas meer in de keukendeur, waardoor de deur eigenlijk overbodig wordt - In de keuken is er een echt probleem met mieren. Wanneer je iets laat staan, zelfs in dozen, kan je het de volgende dag in de vuilbak gooien Onze vakantie op Lanzarote was fantastisch, maar we hebben dan ook heel veel uitstappen gedaan. Als je echt van plan bent om de meeste tijd in de woning te spenderen, zou de ervaring minder aangenaam zijn.

Ik was blij te lezen dat binnen alles netjes gepoetst was toen jullie aankwamen. De tevredenheid van onze klanten is onze prioriteit en we willen dat ze een aangename plek vinden waar ze zich heerlijk thuis voelen die voltooid aan een hoge kwaliteitseisen. Om dit te doen, hebben we een speciale dienst om elk probleem op te lossen als er een zou zijn tijdens het verblijf van onze gasten. Het enige dat u hoefde te doen was een sms sturen naar het nummer die u doorgeven was en die ook in het boekje in de villa staat. We zijn natuurlijk ook altijd rechtstreeks bereikbaar per mail moest er iets fout lopen. Het is met plezier dat we alles zo snel mogelijk oplossen. Jammer genoeg dat u ons niets liet weten. Maison bien située et de qualité
La maison est dans un secteur calme. Elle est bien équipée. Très agréable. Mais il y a un problème le bruit du vent qui fait vibrer la structure de la pergola située sur la terrasse et qui rend les nuits très difficiles. C’ est dommage tout le reste est parfait

Bonjour, Je suis content que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour dans ma villa. Effectivement lorsque les vents sont très forts, on peut entendre le bruit des vibrations de la structure de la pergola. Vous n'avez pas eu de chance, car vous avez subi un épisode très venteux durant votre séjour. Je suis désolé du désagrément que ça a pu vous occasionner. . Wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt
Wir haben unsere Ferien in ihrem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Die Lage des Hauses ist für sämtliche Ausflüge zu den wichtigsten und schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel perfekt. Schade war nur, dass wir aufgrund des starken Windes, leider den Sonnenschirm so gut wie nie nutzen konnten, da dieser permanent umfallen würde bei diesem Wind. Von daher konnten wir leider die wunderschöne Terrasse zu wenig nutzen, da es ansonsten keine Möglichkeit der Abschattung gab(Markise oder Sonnensegel etc.) Ansonsten können wir dieses Traum Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen!

La casa está muy bien, hace honor a las fotos y la ubicación buena para acceder a todas las excursiones. Lo único que nos tocó una semana muy ventosa. La parte buena es que mientras en todas partes todo el mundo estaba sufriendo una ola de calor, nosotros tan fresquitos. Recomiendo la casa.

Séjour de rêve à Lanzarote
La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. La piscine n'est pas trop chlorée ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont toujours été clairs, sympathiques et rapides. La situation au milieu de l'île à un côté très pratique. La maison est proche du parc de Timanfaya pour effectuer quelques randonnées faciles et avec des vues splendides. Le seul inconvénient est le bruit du vent dans la structure métallique de la terrasse du 1er étage mais sinon cette maison est parfaite.

Entspannung auf dem Dorf
Wir haben zu viert mit 2 Kindern (14,8 Jahre) einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Großzügige Villa, super Bettwäsche (richtige Inlays und Bezüge ohne lästiges Bettuch um die Wolldecke friemeln…), in der Küche und im Pool alles da was man braucht! Der Pool ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Heizung war kaputt, der Kontakt zum Eigentümer und Juan, der sich vor Ort um die Poolpflege kümmert, waren prompt und tadellos. Nach schneller Reparatur und zweitägigem Funktionieren dann aber erneutem Ausfall, wurde sogar eine neue Heizung gekauft und dann lief alles prima bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubs. An- und Abreise waren entspannt, wir konnten etwas länger bleiben bis der Nachmittagsflieger kam. Bzgl. Corona läuft auf der Insel alles in geordneten Bahnen, wir konnten den Urlaub trotz der Hygienemaßnahmen sehr genießen, das meiste kann ja eh unter freiem Himmel stattfinden und wie immer an Weihnachten waren die zahlreichen Krippen auf der Insel sehr sehenswert. Conil ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt in alle Richtungen, ein Auto allerdings ein muss! Wir empfehlen Pluscar :) Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit!

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. La maison est très bien équipée( il manque juste une cafetière type Nespresso pour les amateurs de café 😜). Un seul regret, ne pas pouvoir dîner dehors à cause du vent … La maison est très centrale pour visiter l’île. A recommander.

Magnifique villa

El alojamiento es ideal para familias que deseen tranquilidad y relajación. Nos parece mejorable el cuidado del jardín y eliminar las cañas, ya que las hojas que caen van a la piscina

Tres belle villa
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans une villa magnifique et très spacieuse. Nous avons profité à maximum de la piscine. La villa est très bien située et Jean Luc est très sympathique il donne beaucoup d d'informations pour la visite de l île de Lanzarote. A recommander et encore merci. Que de beaux souvenirs.

Un séjour parfait dans un emplacement idéal
Villa parfaitement équipée et propre , environnement calme, bien située pour visiter l'ile : 40mn Papagayo , 55mn Orzola . Epicerie dans le village ouverte tous les jours, autres commerces à TIAS à 5mn en voiture. Le seul bémol (mais je ne suis pas certain que le propriétaire puisse faire grand chose) c'est la force du vent pendant notre séjour notamment la nuit qui se fait particulièrement entendre dans les chambres.

J'ai construit des grands murs pour protéger la terrasse du vent de Lanzarote, mais effectivement par grand vent, cela peut faire du bruit la nuit. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans ma villa.

Great house!
We were a family of three, where the youngest was a baby. The house is just Great! It is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool is heated - and our 9 month baby loved it. It is very practical with babies/kids - with a baby bed and a baby chair. The tile floors were cold, and the location is not five stars when it comes to restaurants and things to do - but it you stack up on all you need to eat and drink - you can easily lie by the pool and have a great (and cheap) stay. Must have car. We could definately reccomend this house.
