My husband, I and our 2 daughters (12 & 9) stayed at the villa for 3 nights April 2024. Having the pool was fantastic. The Villa has everything you need and shops, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. Playa Blanca was only around a 10 minute drive. Villa is a little dated and would benefit from some updating. However, bedding and towels were clean and beds were very comfortable. Great communication with the owner, easy check in, some great recommendations and information provided prior to us arriving which, we found very useful. Thank you and hopefully one day we will return!

Perfect Villa, perfect location
Stayed here early March and had a wonderful stay. Villa is clean, comfortable, and great location! Lovely sized private, heated pool (there is a larger communal pool also on the estate) that is situated in a quiet residential area. Five minutes walk to some excellent restaurants and couple of supermarkets one way and two minutes walk to coastal path the other way. You can stroll into centre of Playa in 50/60 mins along the beautiful coast or catch bus from front of restaurants (half hourly) for just €1.40. All in all, can’t fault Faro Park or the lovely villa we stayed in. Just perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Perfect Getaway
We had a great stay at the Villa. It is very well equipped, spacious and clean and in a wonderful location, close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Denise was very responsive and the caretakers, Anne and Ted were very friendly and helpful. The heated pool was fantastic and the large outdoor seating and barbecue area very tidy and a lovely place to soak up the winter sun. We have stayed in many holiday rentals all over the world, and can definitely say that this one has the comfiest beds ! We would not hesitate to recommend the Villa to anyone looking for a nice break in Lanzarote in a lovely peaceful area.

This is a poorly maintained property which requires a major overhaul & clean. Some areas, both inside & out, were disgusting. There was no smoke alarm. When this was pointed out we were told “there isn’t one”. This is the worst rental property we have ever stayed in. Why are VRBO listing this property?

Great place to recharge
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was a real home from home. We have rented villa’s in Faro Park before and we would have no hesitation in recommending this one. Tucked away in a quiet area of Playa Blanca with a row of restaurants serving a great selection of reasonably priced dishes, 2 supermarkets, 3 bars and a bakery only a few minutes walk away, this really was a great area to rest, relax and recharge your batteries. A big thanks to Denise for allowing us use of her villa and we hope to use it again in the future.

A lovely villa in an quiet location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa had everything we could need and the heated pool was a real bonus. We know the area well and have stayed there many times before. The local supermarket and restaurants are excellent. If you want peace and quiet with easy bus access into Playa Blanca I would highly recommend this villa. The communication with the owner was also excellent. We will be back!

Peaceful villa with own pool
Villa is located in Faro Park, a peaceful community of properties west of Playa Blanca. Enjoy your own pool, nice accommodation with a Spanish feel and great local amenities including restaurants. Access the larger and popular Playa Blanca via coastal walk or a short bus or taxi ride. What’s not to like?

Relaxing holiday
We had an enjoyable relaxing 3 week break at this lovely villa which is in a quiet residential area but within walking distance of various restaurants and supermarkets and convenient bus service into Playa Blanca. The villa was spacious and comfortable but could do with a little TLC which did not impact on our stay as it had everything we required for our stay and the heated pool was an added bonus. We were lucky also having good daytime sunshine even though it got a bit chilly in the evenings. Top marks to Jeff who took care of the pool and our transfers to and from the airport and Anne and Ted for sorting out the problem with the drains. Thank you also to Denise for all the helpful information. Would recommend and would stay again.

Comfortable base
Good base, not too far from Playa Blanca, but it would be difficult without a car. Everything you needed was in the property and the terrace and pool area was great for sunbathing/relaxing. Although heated, the pool was still a bit cool for me, maybe because the air temperature was not that high.

Ideally pal ed for all local amenities, fantastic communication and guidance from host. Very clean.
The property is 5 minutes walk from bats, restaurants and supermarkets, communication from host was terrific, very detailed explanation of route from airport to villa by car, great overview of the local area and places to visit. Would suit those looking for a quieter holiday.

Location great but property very tired
Not the relaxed holiday we had waited so long for as pool broke down and property needs a lot of tlc. Owner very apologetic and some money refunded for the pool issues but it didn't make up for the ruined holiday.

It is true, there was a problem with the pool. Unfortunately these things happen and are way outside anyone's control but the issue was sorted out as quickly as possible and the pool was fit for use for for 3 out of 7 days. There is also a communal pool that could have been used. I gave an extra day at the villa, free of charge and also a part refund for the inconvenience. I was there myself in September so am not sure what was meant by the property needing a lot of TLC. Thankfully the guests before the reviewer said "everything was great" and have re-booked for next year, with a separate booking for their daughter and her family, and the current guests are "very happy with everything". I do my utmost to make sure the villa is a real home from home but am absolutely open to constructive comments and suggestions. I hope to welcome anyone reading this review to my villa in the future. Wonderful Stay
We really enjoyed our time at the Villa, it was quiet and private which is what we wanted from our holiday. The host provided us with lots of information regarding the area and the island which we referred to on several occasions and was very helpful. We hired a car during our stay which was handy for exploring the island and carting shopping home. The villa was perfectly clean and all the amenities were working / there. The pool area is amazing to relax & have a nice swim to cool down from the heat. Overall a very good holiday & would stay again.

Lovely villa, perfect location
We had a lovely stay at Denises villas. The heated pool was amazing and our little boy loved playing in it everyday. The location is great just a short walk from the shops and restaurants. The villa has everything you need. We will be back to stay again.

A pleasant stay
A lovely villa situated in Faro park, a lovely quiet community. Villa is very spacious and has everything you possibly need, pool towels were even provided which saved us from bringing our own. There are a few ‘touch ups’ that need doing to the villa but this does not impact on your stay at all, just small cosmetic things really. The pool is lovely, a great size and not too deep which means it does not get cold, I have a condition in my legs that if water is too cold they get very achy and agitated, not in this pool! You must cover it over every night to retain the heat and it really does work- something the villas on mainland if spain should do! There us a constant breeze which means it does not get overly hot, which made it all the more enjoyable as we could be in the sun for longer rather than hiding in the shade all the time! One of the plastic sunbeds had broken which was a bit of a pain if we all wanted to sit out by the pool, luckily this didnt happen too often and if so one of us just sat on a chair although it wasn’t very relaxing. All in all the villa is lovely and would be fantastic once some of the cosmetic things have been done. It was wonderful that it was a minute walk to the coast and a 5 minute walk to the local shops and restaurants. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Beautiful and quiet location.
The location of the property was lovely, quiet neighbourhood, very peaceful and relaxing. Short walk to the coastal walk , which we did daily and enjoyed the walk into playa blanca and usually got bus or taxi home. Close to shops and good choice of restaurants, enjoyed gusto italian restaurant,geeko and tapas bar. The villa was very comfotable and good facilities, especially enjoyed the heated pool. Sue property manager was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Would be very happy to stay again.

A quiet relaxing holiday in the October sunshine
.We loved our stay and would recommend if you like a quiet relaxing holiday. If you don't fancy rustling up treats to eat and drink in the villa there are a few restaurants, a bar and a couple of shops a few minutes walk away. There is much more in Playa Blanca, you can take the bus or order a taxi but we would recommend a hire car. Big thanks to Denise, Des and friends for making us welcome.

10 days of bliss
We stayed for 10 days in july. We were really pleased with the lovely villa and it was more sacious than we had expected. The photos do not do the villa justice. The journey from the airport took about half an hour and cost 42 euro plus tip. We only left the villa to eat and for a quick shop really. We wanted a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got. We ate breakfast and lunch on the patio and sunbathed, swam , read and listened to music. The tv had all our virgin channels from home so we got to watch wimbledon final and a few of the latest movies cuddled up on comfy sofas. We tried most of the local restaurants and would recommend them all. Our favourites were port of call and the italians. Best pizza ever. La moka's all day breakfast was also delicious. We found all our favourite drinks to buy in the tobacco shop. Much cheaper than in mini supermarkets. Sue the lady who looks after villa was really helpful with recommendations and even ran us into market one day. Thanks Sue. The double bed was comfy. Defo needed the fans to stay cool during the night. The single beds looked a little less comfy but we hardly used them so that wasnt a worry for us. Everything we needed was in the villa. Read a few books from bookshelf. We luvd lyvd luvd the pool. It was big enough to get a wee swim. It was a very quiet residential area which suited us just fine but i think people would get upset if u were too noisy . We hope to return to the villa and lanzarote. The sunshine plus breeze plus villa plus pool equalled heaven. Thanks Denise and Des.

Great Villa & Heated pool 👍😎
We had a fantastic time on our first visit to Lanzarote. The Villa was excellent for us and our very active 3 year old 🏃😅, great outside space and the heated private pool was lovely to relax in . The Villa is only 1 minute away from the Sea and has beautiful scenery and a walk way . Denise is great to deal with from the first enquiry and always very helpful with any queries. Spoke to her a few times and always put our mind at ease . She also sent us a very detailed document about the villa , area and restaurants etc , we found this very helpful. Perfect Family Villa
We spent 2 weeks in August at this lovely villa. Great size, lovely pool, well stocked kitchen equipment, sky movies and sports, wifi, it has everything! Easy walk to a few shops and restaurants - also 1 min from the ocean to watch the sunset, €5 for a cab into central town, nothing was a hassle! The owners were excellent communicators and very helpful, they gave us a brilliant villa document prior to arriving which had everything from taxi numbers to restaurant recommendations -a brilliant resource. Sue the lady who looks after the villa was so helpful - really amazing bunch of people to deal with and an excellent villa.

Not nice that I couldn’t use the pool on the Day I checked in. The rest of the stay was good. The area outside of the house isn’t very well maintained. Check out was until 10 am but already before I left the house somebody came to clean the outside area. So no chance to sit outside

Top verblijf
Verblijf was top mooie rustige omgeving , maar de drukte was dichtbij op te zoeken. Prachtige villa en mooi zwembad. Buiten meubels wel bijna aan verandering toe. Wij bevelen deze villa zeker aan ! Wij hebben er 12 dagen mogen verblijven en hebben genoten. De service was fantastisch. Schoon beddengoed en handdoeken na 5 dagen.

Rustig gelegen mooie vila met verwarmd zwembad.
We waren hier een week. Prima huis. In de keuken veel keukengerei aanwezig. De bedden zijn prima. De vila was heel schoon toen wij aankwamen. De managers van het huis zijn heel vriendelijk en de eigenaar communiceert makkelijk en snel. Ik zou deze vila zeker aanraden!

Das Haus ist so wie es beschrieben wurde. Die Fotos sind realistisch. Der Pool 8mx4x groß und sehr schön warm auch im Dezember. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer müssten dringend mal erneuert werden ! Durchgesessen, aber total! Badezimmer okay. Lage schön, da Eckgrundstück. Der Manager der Anlage ist hilfsbereit und bei Bedarf telefonisch zu erreichen. Die Häuser im Faro Park sehen alle sehr gut und gepflegt aus. Sie stehen natürlich recht eng aneinander. Wir waren in einer Zeit da, wo kein anderes Haus belegt war. Das war sehr angenehm und total ruhig. Wenn alle Häuser drum herum belegt wären dann sieht die Sache sicher anders aus. Die Küche ist ok, wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen. Der Backofen funktioniert nicht und der Geschirrspüler klappt auch nicht einwandfrei. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Es gibt deutsche Fernsehsender, nur das Internet hat so seine Aussetzer und somit auch das Fernsehprogramm. Das ist manchmal nervig. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen. Für die Ausstattung im Preis etwas hoch gegriffen. Man braucht auf alle Fälle ein Auto. Also uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und unsere Beurteilung ist absolut realistisch ! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Sie wohnt in Irland. Und mit WhatsApp war es überhaupt kein Problem mit ihr ständig in Verbindung zu stehen. Wir wollen wiederkommen.

Ruhe und Erholung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind nur einen Spaziergang entfernt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist riesig, hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, aber auch einen überdachten Schattenplatz. Der warme Pool hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Well located house with pool
As a family with two children (8 and 16 years) we felt very comfortable in the house. During our stay over Christmas and New Year, the house was the starting point for many beautiful activities all over the island. The approx. 30°C warm pool was a highlight especially for the children. The communication with Denise and Sue was always promt and friendly. We will come back again with pleasure.

Location fidèle à la description. Situé dans un quartier calme. Il y a à notre disposition tout ce dont on a besoin. La piscine chauffée est un réel plus. C'est très appréciable surtout quand vous tomber comme nous sur une semaine venteuse et grise. Réponse rapide de La propriétaire. Il y a mini supermarché et restaurant à proximité à pieds. Très bon séjour. Si je dois donner un point d'amélioration, les matelas des petits lits sont très mous et les ressorts grincent à chaque fois qu'on bouge.
