60 km north of Kuopio, L. Onkivesi 15 m (length 35 km, width ab. 5 km), shallow, hard sand bottom, boat. Log cottage 1998, renovated 2010, living room/kitchen with convertible sofa/double bed (as alternative beds), bedroom with 2 beds, low loft (15 m²) with 1 bed and 3 mattresses (on top of stairs hatch), toilet, entry. Washroom with shower cabinet, sauna and roofed terrace. Access to sauna and washroom through porch. Cottage on gently sloping grassy plot. Steep decline down into yard. Lake view faces south-west, summer kitchen and a long pier on shore. Woodshed and outdoor privy in yard. Yard and shore ideal for families with children.
Strawberries and vegetables can be bought from owner, as well as outboard motor.
Worth visit stop Matti and Liisa 9 km, view point Väisälänmäki 23 km and summer café 21 km, Art Museum Halonen 10 km, Savon Golf (9 holes) 35 km, spa Runni 54 km in Kiuruvesi. Iisalmi 35 km, Siilinjärvi 35 km, airport Kuopio 54 km.
Pets allowed at additional cost. Midsummer for families.
