"Excellent staff who arranged early checkin both days on my stay as I arrived early the first day and needed to change another type of room on next day. Seamless move! Very happy for their absolutely tasty dinner and breakfast provided! Unforgettable experience !"
"I had a great time, I enjoyed the spa and other amenities daily. The raindeers were adorable, the views were amazing and I truly enjoyed my time there. "
"Mostly stunning. However, it's worth noting that this hotel is all about the glorious communal areas.
The room (we went for one with a private sauna) was small, and pretty basic - with not even a bedside table on one side of the bed. No tissues in the room, and only a combined shower get/shampoo in the bathroom, if that sort of thing bothers you.
These rooms also have a sauna building in front of them, so their view of the river is obscured.
We were on a half board package. The food was...
"We had a lovely view of the river and the room was mostly clean. The dishwasher had dishes in it but they were clean so we emptied it. Also our patio had an ashtray full of cigarettes and some empty beer cans but we called an they came to clean it. Our bathroom door wouldn't lock (the second door that led to a hallway) and so they looked the outside hallway door for us to make us feel safer. They said we had nothing to worry about, that the area was safe but I had two small kids and the idea...
"Didn’t find check in person very helpful. Breakfast very average. Stayed 2 nights, room wasn’t serviced although we did get clean towels when requested. No soap left in dispensers so lucky we had our own. Lady at check out was a lot friendlier and helpful to get a taxi to airport. Overall we would still stay as such a novelty…..The people at the reindeer farm we so lovely and such a nice experience and of course Santa was such a joy to visit."
