When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. "The toilet in our room didn’t work and we had to change rooms the following day. The second room the air con didn’t work and the bathroom door handle was as if someone had tried to pull it off and the bathroom could do with some care."
