Great host
After dealing with flight delays, Pedro was extremely helpful in getting us settled into this luxury apartment in Las Palmas. He was also kind enough to provide some initial groceries and supplies to make us feel at home. The underground parking was convenient and the apartment was clean and in great shape with lots of high tech amenities. Location is convenient to beach, grocery stores and dining. Great experience overall, and Pedro was a great host.

As good as I hoped
Pedro the owner was a friendly and gracious host - he met us close to midnight (late flight) and gave us a full tour The apartment is fantastic - quiet and spacious with no end of luxuries - the kitchen as all you need to cook and is spotlessly clean - you won't need to bring dishwasher tablets or washing machine capsules as that's all provided - everything you need right down to beers in one of the two huge the fridge freezers (yup - even ice is provided in the freezers! ) The TV has Netflix and cable, there is aircon everywhere and the beds are comfortable - electric roll down shutters make it nice and dark for sleeping The weather in the North of the island can be varied so it was brilliant to have such a fantastic apartment in which to wait out the rain As for location - its about 7 minutes walk to Las Canteras beach (great for surfing) on a quiet street with a school opposite - no noise issues there - the entrance is elsewhere There is a full size Spar one block away and some great restaurants and bars nearby that aren't too pricy as they're more for locals - search out the amazing steak place if you can Thank you Pedro for such an amazing stay - the apartment and your welcome and ready availability on Whatsapp really made the trip special

Amazing location wonderful host and apartment
Lovely apartment! Pedro is a wonderful host, who kindly bought some emergency supplies when we got there and also booked and waited for the taxi while we were getting ready to leave. The apartment is located in a great location easy access to shops, beach and restaurant. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, kids loved the big bath with the jets. Thank you Pedro will definitely book again soon.

Exquisite accommodations in excellent location!
Every detail of this fully equipped, modern, 3 bed and 3 bath apartment is spectacular! It is a short walk to the markets, and to the beaches. Pedro, the owner is most gracious and helpful in every way. On the day we were leaving, he kindly and quickly called a taxi for us when the one we had hired didn’t show up. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely, clean apartment!

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be and Pedro the owner was very welcoming. The location was central for the beach, restaurants, cafes, museums and the bus station from where you can travel to the major tourist areas. We had a great stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent - the host, the property and its location, equipment, cleaness etc
The host is very friendly, communication before arrival was excellent, the propery is like 5*hotel - spacious, excellent lication, equipment, style , cleaness, looks to be very new and built directly for the host own life not for a rental business. Easy access to beach
Just returned from one week stay in this apartment and was really pleased with accommodation. A very warm welcome from Pedro who showed us round and also left some food items to get us started. The apartment is extremely well furnished and spacious . Everything you could possibly need was provided. Location excellent for restaurants and local transport would highly recommend Clandestino Restaurant 5mins away which was superb.
