Family-friendly apartments with water park and fitness centre
Apartment of 95 square meters, located on the same avenue of the quarries, at the foot of the beach. Everything new (beds, sofa, television with smart tv and netflix, video game console, wifi in the whole apartment, electrical appliances ...). It has a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy magical sunsets. It is located in Guanarteme, the most authentic and peaceful neighborhood of the beach. The diversity of restaurants, sports and children's parks and the wide demand for surf schools make the area an incredible place to go for a walk. 5 minutes away is the Alfredo Krauss auditorium and the Las Arenas shopping center (the most important shopping center in the Canary Islands). 10 minutes away is the English court and the commercial area of ​​Mesa y López. Just below the apartment, there is a gym of the Go Fit chain, where for 9 euros a day you can have a fitness room, swimming pool, saunas and spa. A few meters you can find supermarkets, pharmacy, health center, gas station. We do not have parking, but at about 150 meters, on Calle Churruca there is a private car park where you can enter and leave with your car for € 11. The reception can be done at any time, since we live in the same building, two floors below. I am convinced that you will enjoy some wonderful days and that you will have no choice but to fall in love with the island, ... it is practically impossible not to do so;)

Lovely apartment, fantastic location
The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower wonderfully powerful although a long shower at full power would not leave much hot water if someone else needed to shower straight after you. With just two of us, we soon worked out the appropriate level to ensure we could both have a hot shower in quick succession. We had a problem with the kettle and the owner Jose replaced it within 30 minutes of us reporting the problem. You could not ask for better service. The location is brilliant, right on the front, with a choice of supermarkets all within easy walking distance and one very close by for getting heavy items like bottles of water (and wine). There is a wide selection of excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance. Jose is also one of owners of the restaurant Mar Gastrotasca underneath the apartment. It is well worth a visit. The food is excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. We ate there a number of times and enjoyed every visit.

Conveniently situated a few metres from the beach
We were very warmly welcomed by Jose, our host, who was really helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with staples - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, toiletries, etc - all the things that are annoying and expensive to have to buy for a short visit. We would happily recommend this apartment. Thanks for the bananas, Jose!

Urlaub mit Kindern in Strandnähe
Wir haben die Ferienwohnung aufgrund der Lage mit Meerblick ausgesucht. Wir kannten uns bereits aus vorherigen Aufenthalten aus. Lage direkt an der Promenade mit Restaurants und Spielplätzen, mit direktem Zugang zum traumhaften Sandstrand der 'Playa De Las Canteras'. Touristisch nicht überlaufen, viele Einheimische. Wer surfen mag findet direkt vor der Tür Surfschulen und Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, aber etwas lieblos und bedarf teilweise einer Renovierung. Plus: breites TV-Angebot und gutes WLAN. Buchung und nachträgliche Änderung des Zeitraumes problemlos und sehr freundlich in gutem Englisch. Befremdlich waren die erst bei Ankunft angegebener Schlüsselübergabe in der Gaststätte direkt unterhalb der Wohnungen und plötzlich Antworten auf Spanisch, da der Vermieter selbst in Urlaub geflogen ist. Dank google-translator war auch dies zu bewältigen. Die Internet-Präsentation der Wohnung war sehr wohlwollend aus guter Perspektive. Zusammenfassend ein schöner Urlaub in einer guten Lage zu einem nicht ausgewogenen Preis-Leistungs

Tolle Lage, Einrichtung okay
Der Vermieter ist zwecks Einrichtung des Appartements einmal durch den IKEA-Markt gepflügt. Es war zwar fast alles da, aber ...Entschuldigung... einiges etwas lieblos. Im Bad fehlen ein paar simple Haken, mit der Nachttischlampe lässt sich eine Sporthalle ausleuchten. Und ein Wasserkocher und ein Brotmesser wären auch schön. Ansonsten haben wir nichts vermisst. Toll ist der Blick vom Balkon und die Lage im südlichen Teil des Strandes. Hier trifft man vornehmlich Einheimische und fühlt sich nicht wie im 17. Bundesland. Luxus ist der Netflix-Anschluss, WLAN hat bestens funktioniert. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, die Restauranttipps, die im Appartement auslagen, waren sehr nützlich. Frisches Obst und Wasser fanden wir zur Begrüßung vor. Alles in allem ist das Appartement sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Muy bien situado, con vistas estupendas a la playa de Las Canteras. Limpio. El propietario estuvo pendiente de nosotros en pequeños detalles que precisamos y para recomendarnos sitios de interés.
