Gran Canaria Excursion

Cleanliness was good, building off main street , walkable distance to beach, shops, restaurants and transport. Soundproofing in the walls would have been great but overall good.

The property is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Quite a lot of noise from other guests but this is no reflection on the property. My only little negative is the shower soaked the bathroom floor and limited amount of hot water for 2 guests.

It is the best apartment we stayed in Las Palmas for the price we paid and not only, and we come very often to Las Palmas, as we live in Lanzarote and we are renting luxury apartments in Lanzarote ourselves and we know about quality renting a lot. Most of the apartments in Las Palmas is dirty, rundown and expensive, but Valentina beach apartments surprised us a lot, it is good in price, clean comfortable, has everything you need, the bathroom are very nice and clean, the kitchen has everything you need, separate bedroom with comfortable bed and even balcony, the staff is very professional and easy to communicate, the check in is the best and fast, clear instructions, so it is definitely our favourite place from now on to stay in Las Palmas. I recommend this apartment for everybody!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Disappointed that there was no reception and no CCTV in the reception area. I was text by hotel staff to advise no one in recption and i needed to send over copies of passports! However i was on the plane so not convenient to send. Would not stay here again.

Even though there was no AC the room was fantastic for a party of 1. I really appreciated that personal numbers were given incase i needed anything and someone was not at the desk. Super friendly up to date and loved all the energy saving details of the room

Parkolni a szomszéd utcai parkolóházban lehet jó drágán. A parkolóház nagyon szűkös. A szoba jól felszerelt, rendben volt. A hálószoba és a vizes helyiség ablaka egy belső térre nyílt, ami miatt rendkívül zajos volt, főleg éjjel a másik szobákból kihallatszó hangok miatt. A zuhanyzó egy függönnyel volt elválasztva a fürdőszoba többi részétől, de mivel a zuhanytálca nagyon alacsony volt, emiatt a víz zuhanyozás közben teljes mértékben kifolyt a padlóra. Lehetőség volt self-checkingre, ez nagyon kényelmes volt.
