Extremely disappointed, you are in the business of trust.
This is the first time you fail big time when it comes to a 4 star hotel.
1) In the room 25% (1 in 4 lights have burned out)
2) In the closet there is 20% (1 in 5) hangers to hang clothes
3) The minibar is not cold. The receptionist told me to get cold beer from the next door supermarket, as the fridge is warm and on top one of the courtesy water bottles has been opened before.
4) The washroom ceiling had leaking from floor above.
So all in all, not your best day when ensuring quality which I enjoyed before in selecting hotel using your service.
