Perfect Location and Amazing Hospitality

My stay at the hotel was amazing and very accommodating. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The entire place was very clean, which added to the comfort of the stay. The breakfast spot on the rooftop was great—it’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need to start your day. I especially want to mention Sylvia, who was extremely helpful in sorting out an issue for me—her support really made a difference. The location is also very convenient, whether you're catching a bus or just exploring the area on foot. Highly recommended!

It was just minutes away from both Alcaravanera Beach and La Cantera beach, near Mercado Central. All I needed was there, made friends, easy to talk to admin on whatsapp as needed. Loved the terrace and kitchen. My room was lovely with nice view.

Доброжелательный персонал, чисто, мебель минимальная, новая, комната светлая. Проживала в комнате для 1 чел. Единственное окно выходило в патио, но светлые тона и освещение создавали комфорт. Санузел просторный, есть фен, шампунь, гель. Уютная и большая терраса на крыше, где предоставляли завтраки. Можно было поужинать, рядом большой супердино. Если соседи- туристы громкие, но это единственный минус. Дополнительно предлагается стирка и сушка одежды ( машины на террасе находятся)

Hotels.com informerte meg ikke kode til nøkkelboks, så flaks at jeg slapp inn da hotellet var ubetjent. Leiligheten var på gateplan med blendede vinduer. Ok leilighet, hyggelig betjening, fin beliggenhet, stille.

Das Zimmer ist zwar schlicht und recht klein, dafür aber super sauber und das Bett ist bequem. Wenn man nur wenig Gepäck dabei hat absolut ausreichend und man hat alles was man braucht. Einzig zu bemängeln, dass es sehr hellhörig ist und das Fenster zu einem kleinen Innenhof ausgerichtet ist, sodass es relativ dunkel im Zimmer ist (was mich nicht allzu sehr störte, da ich eh die meiste Zeit unterwegs war).Es gibt ein Gemeinschaftsbad und auch dieses ist sehr sauber und da es ohnehin nicht so viele Zimmer gibt, auch kein Problem mit Wartezeiten. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und hier gibt es auch das Frühstück. Wenn man normalerweise ein guter Frühstücker ist, ist es etwas wenig, aber trotzdem lecker. Die Frau, die hier arbeitet ist sehr freundlich und ich durfte nach dem Check-out auch noch auf der Dachterrasse bleiben. Die Lage ist auch top und beide Strände sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft gleich um die Ecke des Mercato Central. Trotz Stadtzentrum ruhig da Fenster gegen den Innenhof gerichtet sind. Tolles Frühstück mit persönlicher Bedienung.Sauber und schön eingerichtet, modere Badezimnmer, schöne Dachterrasse, gute Internet-Verbindung.

Welcoming, clean and comfortable

I had a pleasant stay and the hosts were very welcoming and offered a nice simple breakfast every morning. My room "La Gomera" was squeaky clean, had a comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe. Just like many houses in the area the soundproofing is equivalent to nothing, but it wasn't a problem since my window didn't face the street and the other guests kept quiet after 10 pm. I'll gladly come back to Twenty-Seven Degrees next time I visit Las Palmas.

Kleines BB Hotel in Las Palmas

Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man kommt zu Fuß zu beiden großen Stadtstränden. Müßten aber feststellen, wir sind zu alt für so ein Hotel. Es war preiswert, sehr gut aber für uns zu laut und hellhörig.
