"I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you are looking for a comfortable, functional, with best views ever Malibu experience at a more than fair price this is the place. I cannot speak of beach access due to the weather but, we absolutely loved this place. You can get comfortable and actually live like you would at home. Super fast internet which was great and for us this place had everything we wanted. The views from both balconies are spectacular. Daniel is a great host, easy check in and check out, great communication and we did not feel like we someone was watching over us. There is plenty of room to spread out and for just 2 of us we had more than enough room. I think you could have 6 people stay here and not feel cramped. We will 100% book this place again. "

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary we arrived after sundown and thought it was gorgeous but the next morning waking up to the view was breathtaking almost hard to leave - like being in heaven. "We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the only issue was NOT wanting to leave. Our hosts contacted us a few days ahead of our stay to ask if we could switch accommodations from the Mermaid suite to the Japanese Tea House. It was all an adventure and perfectly fine with us. WOW. The Tea House was absolutely amazing. Very cool, very earthy and comfortable.We loved absolutely every minute of our time in Topanga and planning to return for a much longer visit. The area is absolutely gorgeous. We we able to take a short trip to the local country store to grab dinner to bring back to the Tea Hose. The outdoor kitchen has everything you need and dining area is WONDERFUL. Perfect to sit and enjoy nature. We had an absolutely perfect time. The hosts are great, we loved it and are counting the days until we can stay again. "
