Absolutely loved our stay. The room was adorable and clean. The location phenomenal. Only tiny thing is that they need to clean the AC unit in the bathroom, it smells a bit musty but not bad. Highly recommend staying here!!

Really great spot for our family. We had one afternoon to explore Santa Monica and Venice beach. Took a bike tour to Venice beach, then Waymo back. Ate dinner right near hotel. Then breakfast next morning nearby. Perfect location. Walk to beach, too. We did everything we wanted and it was all close. Pier really really close, but we skipped that to go to universal a couple of days later.

My room was not at all as pictured on expedia and or the website. Outdated, dirty tile floor, TINY corner tiled shower from the 70s. No in room safe. Window mounted AC unit which was dysfunctional. Bed was comfortable. Parking lot was terrible. Check in staff was friendly, check out staff rude. Requested late checkout and was given 15 mins, or $200 USD for 1/2 day. Prime location, walking distance to pier, beach, dining, shopping.
