Junior Olympics boxing trip

We stayed at the property for a week. It was clean, roomy, and neatly organized. Host was polite and responded quickly when messaged. Conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations and shopping centers. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Vegas

This home was very clean and well kept. Very convenient and had many items to make it feel like home such as snacks, coffee, bar, laundry detergent, etc.. will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Vegas

Close to convention center

Easy check in, parking for 2 vehicles on property. Comfy beds. Had everything we needed. Older style home thats clean and has all the basic necessities. Would definitely come back next time we are in Vegas.

House doesn’t look as big as it is… Had everything we needed just need a deep cleaning. Air system was dirty and house can use a paint or wash down… Other then that it was great I’ll rent again when I visit Vegas…. Having the pool there was a great touch to the property

Older home, older neighborhood

The beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed having their own space. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the dogs loved the yard. The inside of the house could use some fresh paint on a few walls and some cleaning of the vents. The TVs are Roku TVs and one was missing the remote so it only had a button for on and off, unable to select anything to watch. If you are looking for a new modern house in a new modern neighborhood this is not the house for you. For us it was perfect, we will stay again when back in Las Vegas.

Really clean

The house was extremely clean and well maintained. We used the washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, coffee pot and BBQ and all worked well. The beds were very comfortable and all linens were spotless. This rental is in an older part of Vegas and the neighborhood was full of friendly people. We didn't use the pool because it was too cold outside but it was well kept. Our dogs loved that the backyard had turf throughout the entire yard, they had a lot of play area. The patio set was nice to have morning coffee at while the dogs played. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and casino less than a mile away. If we ever need a rental again this will be our first choice.

Lots of space, cute house.

I found this house to be just right for our families needs. At first glance the neighborhood is not all that great, but it was quiet and peaceful. Quick drive to the LV strip and lots of grocery and restaurant options near by. There are 2 Starbucks super close. The Philly spot that is open 24/7 was highly recommended by some people in our group. The house was very clean, spacious, and cute. Isaac is very responsive. We had a great stay, no complaints.

It was a good stay

It was on a corner of a 4 way stop so it had road noise. Cosmetically it has some issues, banged up corners and such, nothing serious. We ubered everywhere and it was more like 15-20 minutes away. 3 of 4 bedrooms had TV’s, house was nicely stocked, perfectly clean, great enclosed backyard. I would book again if I were in the area.

Much larger than you imagine

We booked with three months in advance. Isaac immediately gave me a call and went over everything and did the same ahead of and during check in. We arrived 4 hours before check in and the cleaner was advised to let us in to leave our bags, and we were allowed (although we weren't ready) that we could check in two hours earlier. The ONLY area for opportunity, and I say this as a CSM, is to communicate via messaging, even if for simple peace of mind correspondence ahead of check in. With that, Isaac was brilliant communicating over the phone and we had a brilliant stay. The property was convenient, quiet for our family of 7, Roku in every room, abundantly stocked kitchen, pe fect AC, (aged) but working grill (could use a clean - but not a deal breaker by any stretch. Pool was used once my kids said the chlorine was a bit heavy, they are both pro swimmer and swim regularly so I differ to them here. Parking was a breeze for our Tesla Model Y, just inside the gate - secure, and the pin access to the house made worrying about keys the entire trip a non issue. Like I said, we had a great time, our party loved the home, everything was easy. We're moving to Vegas next year, but if we need a home during that process, this will be our first choice!! A

We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was a full 2 weeks and I want to repeat we enjoyed our stay. It was close to the strip and we had enough room for everyone to sleep. The owner was nice and accommodating when we had to contact him. Is was able it work comfortably from the rental. Our stay was truly great. I stand by my 4 star overall rating for this location. The following is just meant to be a warning not to talk you out of staying here. Ok here's what happened: Early into our syay the neighbor came over boldly knocked on the front door and asked to run a extension cord from his house to the rental. We declined but still it was a weird interaction. The barbecue pit is in need of repair. It is actually very dangerous if you try to use it. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! All the TVs were unplugged when we arrived. Also none of the TVs are smart TVs. So prepare yourself for commercial TV, which we hadn't experienced in years. We had to contact the owner to get the Wi-Fi password. I'd recommend the owner provide a simple notebook that explains how all the things work in the rental. Finally remember I stayed 14 full days and it would have been nice to understand when to take the trash bin's out to the curb for pick up. It would have been nice to have some instructions on how to use the Thermostat, washer / dryer and dishwasher. The oven/stove is not good. Be prepare to eat out a lot more than you wanted because you can't cook at the rental.
