Thank you Joyce. Glad you found the suite fine for the family of four. I generally discourage more than 3, but if they are small enough children or close enough friends 4 can work. The all valet parking is super convenient being right up front and free, but can be very busy at times. Self parking is available at MGM, but it's a hike, and thus I don't recommend it. Yes during the off season they just keep the middle Tower pool open, weather permitting, but you're correct it's right next to the tower 3 pool. I rarely have to dispute anything a guest writes, as my ten years of history will show, but this review is inaccurate. The contention that the refrigerator is a wine cooler is incorrect. This unit has one of the newer refrigerators that differ from the originals in that they have a clear glass door. They cool to normal refrigerator temperatures and have flat shelves just like any other refrigerator. As for the minor issues this guest noted, I make it abundantly clear to all guests in my Guest Information Sheet that I have a blanket maintenance agreement with The Signature. If there is something that needs to be addressed, just a simple phone call to the desk would enable maintenance to respond without even having to contact me. Guest would simply have had to ask for those minor items to be addressed.

Hope you took advantage of the ability of my guests to contact the desk for maintenance items regarding the sink, they would be able to address that in short order. As for the TV tuner the TV guide screen lists all the channels and affords the ability to select from there with ease.

Hi Cindy glad you found everything good with my condo. The Signature does not actually have self parking, it's all valet but is free to my guests. The self parking nearest the property is actually for the MGM Grand and yes you're right it is not close to the Signature units being MGM's. That said I'm guessing maybe you didn't want anyone else in your vehicle so opted to self park? Anyway thank you for the comments on the unit and hope you have a great 2022. Thx, Mark
