We would defiantly stay here again!

The unit was very clean and comfortable with good amenities. It was really nice not have an unexpected resort fee added. The staff were helpful and friendly and the free valet parking was a plus!

First Visit to Vegas

This is a great little property that would be suitable for small family - no more than 3 or 4 (2 parents and 2 kids). The place was very clean, well kept, and a great view. We had a small problem with the TV, but the owner was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Its about a 10 minute walk to the Strip

This was an amazing place to stay. The owner was so good to work with and such a great communicator. The room was beautiful, great view, and right on the strip. I would definitely rent this property again.

Clean, comfortable no fuss housing for AWS re:Invent

Room with kitchenette was perfect for a week in Vegas for AWS re:Invent. The only downside is how far EVERYTHING is in Vegas from the Signature. That said, nothign a 30 min walk during the day, and 30 uber at night can't fix.

Great place to stay

This was like having our own condo in Vegas! It felt roomy & had everything we needed including a well-stocked kitchenette & big TV. Location was great - a short walk to MGM Grand monorail stop without going out in the heat. The fitness center & Starbucks in the lobby were additional pluses. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Las Vegas location

The check in process was easy. Valet parking was prompt and courteous. Communication with host was thorough and timely. Location was convenient to casinos, restaurants, entertainment and it was quiet. Condo was clean and adequately supplied. Would stay here again.

Location cant be beat, as easy indoor access to mgm and monorail. Quick outdoor walk to strip or miracle mile shops. If booking w a private owner, ( like this is), check in is soo fast. Valet easy and fast. Full access to amenities.

The property was ideal for one or two guests with room for four family members to enjoy a visit. The suite was quiet and secure with a nice privacy/housekeeping system of communication. The bathroom was quite spacious. The views were nice from the 23rd floor. I needed rest and never left the room until I checked out. .

Las Vegas MGM Signature Tower 1

Our stay couldn't have been any better. The room was just as described, the location was great for our needs, the MGM Signature Towers were safe, secure, clean and exceptional well maintained. Mark Francis the owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Our daughter lives in Vegas and we will definitely stay in this condo again!

The condo at Signature MGM tower 1 owned by Mark Frances was amazing! The view was great! The bed was luxurious and it was so conveniently located. I could have stayed in the shower or jetted tub the entire trip! We loved every minute of our trip because of this condo!! Thanks Mark!!!!!

Tower One Review

Very clean, very comfortable accommodations are found here at Tower One. I enjoyed my stay over the Holiday. I relaxed in this roomy, well equipped studio, while my kids were gambling. (They like the casino towers). Check-in was simple, the valet service excellent, and I had a question for the owner which was answered quickly. I recommend this unit to anyone and I would like to return next year.

We totally enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The check-in and check-out was easy and the walk through the MGM was perfect. It was nice to be off the strip and it was quiet. I would recommend this place and definitely would stay there again. You have access to the all the pools but the Signature 1 pool was the most enjoyable because it was nice and quiet. Mark was great and made the process super smooth.

We stay at the Signature every time we are in Vegas because of the quality and amenities of their rooms. This one was no exception. The room was impeccable. Housekeeping gave incredible attention to detail. Even the toilet paper was folded into a pretty fan for an adorable visual. Every need was met we could think of in a hotel room. We will be back!!
