This is a great little property that would be suitable for small family - no more than 3 or 4 (2 parents and 2 kids). The place was very clean, well kept, and a great view. We had a small problem with the TV, but the owner was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Its about a 10 minute walk to the Strip

This was like having our own condo in Vegas! It felt roomy & had everything we needed including a well-stocked kitchenette & big TV. Location was great - a short walk to MGM Grand monorail stop without going out in the heat. The fitness center & Starbucks in the lobby were additional pluses. I would definitely stay here again.

All the other positive reviews were very accurate and it was a great spot that was quiet but still a close walk to the MGM grand and the main strip. We got unlucky and the pools were closed due to air quality the day we were going to use them. Was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Would book it again.

Perfect Place for a Family

Room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet at night. The bathroom is amazing! The view is great and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the pool and walked to the MGM many times for meals. The proximity to the Miracle Mile shops was very convenient too. We love that this place is on the strip but doesn’t have the smoky casino-exactly what we wanted. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and clean condo. Everything was perfect and as described. I’ll stay in it again for sure! 5 min walk to monorail, strip and may dining options. Great place and highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean, everything was functional, there were plenty of extra towels, nice size fridge that worked well, the bed was comfortable, plenty of room, big shower and jacuzzi. The location is perfect - Top Golf and Wet Repiblic are liteally next door, the MGM is attached and the strip very close walking distance. I defnietly recomend this place and will book it again next time!
