"Couldn’t sleep room felt like a sauna. No aircon nor water bottles in room. Nothing in the mini fridge. Only a plug in desktop fan available. Gym in terrible state - 3 treadmills tested didn’t work. Very limited equipment. I kept & no water. Buffet breakfast was fine but took three goes to order the porridge which came different from ordered. Parking is an extra cost - have to grab a ticket on entrance then pass to reception to validate. Staff seemed very nice. Room kept very well...

"The room, bathroom and the bed were comfortable and clean. I was a bit surprised the there were no 5V usb sockets in the room. The staff were friendly and efficient. The taxi booking service worked perfectly. The fire alarm went off three times on our second day but were cancelled in a few seconds each time."

"We really enjoyed our stay, staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The only improvement I would suggest is to have lockers when using the gym / steam room."

"It needs an update to compete at 5 star level. Mini fridge out of order - No cold drinks for us, usb outlets - only some work, AC kinda has its own plan on how to accommodate you. (It was cool enough but profoundly confusing and didn’t really seem To blow much.) staff in the lounge may or may not swing by and welcome you or offer you a drink. I don’t want you to think it’s bad, it’s not! We loved the atmosphere, the people, the beautiful buildings with some funny quirks. Just it takes more that...

"Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was a big plus. Parking was free. We chose this hotel because we wanted to avoid driving into Dublin, paying for city parking, and spending extra on breakfast. The nearest Luas tram station was about a 15-minute walk away, or a 10-minute Uber ride for around €12. This made getting into the city both convenient and cost-effective.
