"Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff...

"The owner of this hotel is clearly in the wrong job, arrogant, rude, condescending fulfilling the worst caricatures of hotel owners. This was clearly the French version of Basil Fawlty, who nearly pushed me to ask how many French commandos landed in 1944. An absolutely unwelcoming hotel to be avoided at all cost "

"I love the ambience, kind staff. The

staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. It is a sweet spot with a great restaurant and 2 clean...

"This place is absolutely stunning. Excellent staff, professional and very friendly. The swimming pools are heaven, so refreshing. Dinner on the patio was excellent. Rooms are small but all you need. Breakfast is also excellent. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Normandie region. Tres Magnifique."

"This accommodation is basic. The kitchen woul be more useful with better utensils eg a sharp knife, veg peeler, chopping board. The beds were very comfortable with ample bedding and the bathroom and toilet were fine. The WiFi was hopeless. There is ample parking near each apartment. We had a very pleasant stay."
