"Pros: Staff was nice. Cons: There are many. We booked it for 3 nights but we’ve not got the same room what was shown in pics while booking. It was FALSE ADVERTISING. The room was in the attic and had very low ceiling and it was tough to live there with a toddler. We requested to cancel the last night but it was refused by the owner. There were lot of bugs and spiders in the room. AC wasn’t working properly and making a lot of noise. They asked for special requests like veg food etc but sadly...

"In general terms the hotel is very nice, a bit odd because of its style, but a surprise. Our room very nice and quiet, even being beside the elevator. Spa was OK, price for extra service, massage in my opinion too expensive. Breakfast room in the basement, nicely decorated as the rest of the hotel, only the presentation is leaving a lot to be desired. Here again a contrast between the hotel and its noble decoration, and then some modern coffee machine and juice dispenser which are in stark...

"My stay at the Zenit was 100% wonderful! The room was spotlessly clean, and warm and cozy. The bath and amenities were impeccable. But mostly, Zarko, Zerin, Nikola and Tanja were amazing with their hospitality and friendliness... I felt like I was a member of their family and always at home. Also, for the first time in my life, I tried the footscooter from the Zenit with Niloka's coaching...it was a BLAST! Thank you Zenit and I will be back next year!"
