"We had a wonderful last minute break, can’t believe it was still available! Amazing sea and countryside views in a fantastic location, in a clean cottage which had everything we could have needed. We would definitely stay again."

"Wow! Talk about a view! From the moment we walked into Helen's rental we felt very at home and comfortable. The first thing you notice is the amazing view out of the lounge window, which goes straight onto a balcony with perfect unobstructed sea views! The lounge was a good size with relaxing sofas, the kitchen had everything for a great self catering break away! The bedrooms downstairs were a good size and comfortable beds. The master bedroom had a lovely little patio with table and chairs. The house was easy to find and it was a very simple check-in. We walked up the hill into Mortehoe, about 15 mins and sampled the pubs for dinner and drinks, they were very nice. We also did the easy walk into Woolacombe, it was much busier but also good food and drinking places, about 15 mins walk. The beaches were so easy to walk to and looked so nice. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again Helen and for the lovely welcome gifts. "

"Arrived here 12th march for a 3 night stay of 11 of us 6 adults and 5 kids. The pictures of this house does not do it justice. Communication with Paula was always fast and quick responses.. anything was not much hassle, even one of the boys thought they lost their phone and paula found it and posted it back!. We all had so much fun, the kids especially in the games room and the slide, wow fast but so much fun. The cinema room / skateroom was also fun for the kids we never seen them . We would 100% recommend this house and hoping to come back soon. Thanks paula and andy for an enjoyable stay."

"Lovely stay here. Very helpful friendly lady met us on arrival and explained where the games room was which was fab offering table tennis, pool and darts, we were then shown to our room. It’s a dog friendly place. Although we didn’t have a dog it was fun to see them. The apartment was clean and comfortable and great hot water for the shower. The communal garden was large overlooking fields and you can just see the sea which was a nice surprise. Ilfracombe is close by and a lovely little town with the verity statue at the harbour with boat trips being offered. Short drives to other stunning beaches. "Lovely, spacious apartment in Mortehoe, lovely little coastal village just above Woolacombe. Access was straightforward, my family and I settled in with ease. Couldn’t be closer to the local amenities (post office, pub, restaurant etc), and a walk away from the main beach. The views going down into Woolacombe are breathtaking! Lovely to sit in the apartment and watch different vessels go by. Highly recommended for a summer getaway!"
