  • Our Cozy 3 Bedroom home in Leeds offers stylish accommodation for up to 6 guests. It features an artificial beach garden and private parking for 2 cars.

    Conveniently located just minutes from Leeds city center, you'll have easy access to Temple Newsam, Roundhay Park, First Direct Arena, shopping, and dining. It's the perfect retreat for relaxation and convenience, ideal for family vacations and contractors alike.

    The living area features a dining table with chairs, a smart TV, and an Xbox. Additionally, there’s an eco-friendly Inspire home heating system, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and an ironing board with iron.

    The bathroom includes a shower, WC, hand basin, and mirror. Upstairs, you’ll find the family bathroom.

We had a lovely stay to attend the Leeds Music Festival. Quiet convenient location of the property made it easy to get there and back. Good amenities, shops and restaurants nearby. Beds were clean and comfortable. The Teens had a great time.

住宿鄰近沒有商店，離市中心很遠，非常不方便，客廳梳化很多塵埃，手洗間只有半卷厕纸，客廳及洗手間有大異味，楼上木地板鬆弛，行路搖晃，有声音，建議改善
