The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Wir haben uns in unserem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder, also sehr kinderfreundlich. Viele Unternehmungen möglich. Es war ein rund um schöner Urlaub."
