LOCATED PERFECTLY in the Villa De La Vista North neighborhood between Spanish Springs & Sumter Landing, SUPER easy access to jump in your golf cart and GO!

Come experience our beautifully Remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath Private Courtyard Villa while enjoying the carefree lifestyle of The Villages. This villa includes a master suite with a King Bed AND a guest bedroom which includes a King Bed and Pocket Door to create an Additional Master Suite. This is perfect for two couples vacationing together or inviting guests during your stay. Both bedrooms include Posturepedic Pillow top Mattresses with Premium bedding & 32" HDTV's with DirectTV.

You will love cooking in this lovely, fully stocked Kitchen it includes Granite counter tops, Thomasville cabinets and Stainless Steel appliances. The living space comes equipped with a dining room table with seating for 4, a 50" HDTV with DirectTV, WIFI and plenty of comfortable seating for guests as well as a recliner for you to kick up your feet after a busy day. We have tried to think of everything for your stay so we have also included a few family board games, cards and books.

The Lanai opens with screened windows or you can enjoy the Completely Private outdoor patio with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

The leisurely lifestyle of The Villages cannot be complete without Golf Carts, 2 gas carts included with your rental. The garage is large enough to store both golf carts and park your vehicle to one side of the driveway. There is plenty of additional parking just steps from the front door if necessary.

We are Pet Lovers so don't forget your furry friend! We will accept well trained pets up to 30 pounds for an additional fee of $100 per pet (max 2).

Great Location

Nice place to stay. Conveniently located between Lake Sumpter and Spanish Springs. Love the 2 golf carts. Nicely stocked cabinets and love the courtyard.

Amazing Villa

This villa was exactly what we expected. We stayed for 3 nights due a death in the family and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Very clean, well stocked and well maintained. Beautifully decorated, great layout and very roomy. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable villa

We loved the villa. It was neat, clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to the Spanish Springs town center and to Lake Sumter . It was a very quiet area also. Great sleeping!

Great villa with great location.

The house was modern and clean. The king beds were comfortable and the sheets were amazing. We were happy to have our little dog with us. This is a great place to stay. We would book again. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. 5 stars from us!

Perfect spot in The Villages

We loved our stay in the Villages. Communicating with Sheila was quick and always informative. She had so much info to share while we stayed in their home. It was very clean, well equipped and a nice location to go to the Village squares for dinner, drinks and entertainment.

We could not be happier with our selection of this home everything was wonderful from the two master suite home to the two golf carts could not have worked out better for two couples. Centrally located near two town squares several pools, rec centers and gold courses. This is a wonderful property.

wonderful home so well-maintained and clean.. Location is incredible. You’re directly in between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing couldn’t ask for a better spot. The two golf carts were an added bonus barely even used our car. Thank you again for letting us stay. We will be back!

Great location in The Villages

The house was located in close to proximity to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Only a few minutes by car or golf cart. In addition to being in a prime location, we were pleased with the two bedroom, two bathroom house. We would definitely stay in this property in the future.

This Villa in The Villages was perfect for us! The home was cleaned and well maintained. The neighborhood is in a great location. The 2 golf carts were a nice addition. The 2 king suites are perfect for 2 couples. You can tell the owners care about their guests by making sure all accommodations were met.

Celebration

Had to come to FL for a celebration of life of a dear friend. Two other friends joined us . Our dogs were allowed in Villa. Everything was so nice & comfortable. There were 2 golf carts for us to use. The patio & outside area were wonderful for morning coffee & relaxation. Would recommend to anyone.
