"The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We really appreciated the breakfast so Ono and the employees were awesome very accommodating. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The pool lounge chairs were stained and and areas around the perimeter of hotel were very dirty and unsanitary. The hotel parking was expensive but safer than street parking. I think they should have security on premises for guests and worker’s."

"We’ve been to Oahu many times before, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island and hands down - this property was AMAZING! Plenty of space for my family (me, hubs and two adult children) - it had everything we needed. Very clean, and spacious - the ocean view was wonderful, I loved sitting on the lanai drinking my coffee in the morning and my wine in the evening. Property was excellent! Pools, fitness center and the location was perfect. We’re all runners so running on the path next to the beach and on the main road next to golf course was also very nice. Walking distance to the ABC store (it has a diff name, but it’s essentially ABC to us) for spam musubis and other treats/food/drinks was very convenient! We also enjoyed the cafe, and shopping in the Ko Olina center. It’s a ways from main attractions and traffic can be bad if you do venture out, but we picked this location to stay clear of Waikiki! Much more quiet! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place - hope to be back soon!"

"Had a fabulous time, room was nice and clean. I was a little bummed out, We did not have beach view. They called it mountain view instead . It was more of refineries and little boats out there. But wasn't to bad. Pool were beautiful and clean. Loved all the activities available. I really didnt need to call the host for anything. Although when we had the power outage the hotel proved us with glow sticks that worked out fine until power came back. Everyone here were very pleasant.I would definitely come back..."

"As described. The resort is very family friendly. Love having washer and dryer and kitchen in the unit. We had a great stay and would definitely come back to this property if we come to Oahu again."
