A small group of us came to Leicester to watch the rugby & we wanted somewhere to stay where we could have some communal space, not just separate hotel rooms & this place was perfect.
We needed to check in early in order to be at the Stadium on time & Sam was brilliant at accommodating us.
The keypad entry for the doors is easy & convenient & meant we could all come & go separately without worrying about keys.
Would stay here again without hesitation.
Beautiful apartment and great location. Parking was great. Would definitely stay herr again

Lack of sound insulation ruined our stay!
Spacious apartment in a good location, but our two night stay was ruined by noise from the flat above. There seems to be no effective sound insulation, so were woken at 7am each morning by the people above us, and found the noise in the evenings so bad that we had to ensure we stayed out until they had gone to bed! As getting a quiet night's sleep is pretty basic, I'd have to give Quora a big thumbs down I'm afraid.
The property was in an excellent location. It was clean and very spacious. Sam was extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the early check-in. I have no negative comments for this property.

Not my cup of tea. Room was a bit cold and dank. Seems to be managed remotely by people with better things to do so good luck if you need anything. Internet not working, these things happen even at home but it was just one neg to the whole experience. Next time I will stay at a normal hotel with a reception.
The only thing I liked about the property was it's proximity to De Montfort Hall and the kitchen was pretty nice. Things I didn't like were: (1) smell of sewer gas coming from bathroom, (2) bed was quite uncomfortable, (3) the internet connection we were told to use didn't appear to be active, so we didn't have internet access and (4) there were people above us making loud noises at all hours of the night.
Before even checking in, we were messaged by the host Sam. She'd even gone in before we checked in to turn the lights on and heating on. Absolutely perfect it was when we arrived.
We were welcomed to an awful smell of drains from the bathroom. That soon went once we'd showered etc.
Comfort of the room was lovely. Only issue was the noise from outside. All night all we could hear was nearby traffic and cars etc. Windows didn't seem too sound proof.
Overall though, a lovely stay and definitely will book again if needed.
I was attending a Christmas Party at a nearby hotel, being fully booked I needed an alternative. Searching the local area there was little choice other than some less than salubrious looking Bed & Breakfasts.
Finding this accommodation almost next door to the party venue I decided to give it a try, and I have to say I'm more than happy that I did.
I was a little concerned that the accommodation was on a main road, but there was little or no noise at all that I could hear.
Entry to the apartment was gained using a key box for which the PIN code was sent by SMS prior to check-in, all very simple and easy. On entering, the initial room was decently sized with a double bed, table with two chairs, a TV and strong WiFi. There was a separate fully equipped kitchen with ample equipment should you wish to self-cater and a reasonably sized shower room.
The apartment is basically decorated, and everything currently seems to be very well maintained.
There is off-street parking should you need it, but as in my case if you have arrived in the City by train, the accommodation is an easy short walk from the station.
Overall, this was a great option for a single night stay (I have already booked another night for the next week) and a place that I would definitely recommend especially if you need to be in the City for a longer period of time.
Great location, comfortable and clean. Wifi was pretty non existent though !

Great little apartment right near De Montford Hall. Sam was a great and allowed me a later check out. I’ll be staying here again when I’m back in April 19
This is my go to place in Leicester now, I have stopped in several hotels in the City on business and decided for a change, Quora Stays gave freedom and ease, Sam is extremely professional and nothing is too much
Very cheap looking fixture and fittings, uncomfortable bed. The shower/bathroom was freezing cold with no heater. The room heater temperature controls didn’t work so the room was either boiling hot or very cold. A very unpleasant area, pretty sure 2 youths were attempting to break into the apartment whilst I was fetching my bags from the car, very glad I had locked the door. Which isn’t automatic locking if you plan on staying here. Overall it’s very clear I won’t be staying there again.
As a frequent business traveller, you get atuned to what’s good and not quite so good. Starting with the positives. Very clean and well laid out. The biggest thing missing, which I usually see in these places is a dishwasher.
My gripe, such as it is, is that everything is cheap quality, from the fittings to the mattress, I had paid less money for a nice hotel, breakfast included, the night before. It was a little hard to find in the dark, but the location and number of shops and good eating places in the vicinity more than compensate for that.
This studio apartment was great with excellent facilities and very good value.
Unfortunately overnight there was a lot of noise from another apartment and people hanging around in the car park in the early hours, despite other guests asking them to be quiet.
