Pretty flat with views of the Alps, 70m2, renovated and well equipped. => Quiet, 3 minutes from the Cry d'Er gondola and the shops on Rue du Pas de l'Ours. Ideal for skiers, non-skiers and golfers! Pleasant resort on a sunny plateau in the Valais. Great ski slopes in winter, lovely hiking trails. Free shuttle buses in winter and summer. - Sleeps 4 adults, the living room is easily separated by a wide sliding door and has plenty of storage space, and the sofa has 1 double bed (140cm) with a real mattress (see photo). - Kitchen with table, chairs, large double-door fridge, sideboard... Electric oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, fondue set, toaster, etc... - 3rd floor with lift. - Laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) on the ground floor. - Possibility of renting an enclosed GARAGE-BOX, directly under the building. It is forbidden to leave them inside the flat or to walk around the building in your ski boots. BAGS and CONTAINERS Only use the WHITE taxed bags required by the canton of Valais. These bags are available from Migros, Coop, Denner and Aldi. You can leave them at the RDC or in the moloch by the roadside. Selective sorting: molochs at Téléphérique It is forbidden to keep rubbish bins in the flat. YOUR DEPARTURE Please vacate the flat before 11.00 am. Thank you for being punctual! Please leave sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels and kitchen linen in the entrance hall of the flat. The fridge must be cleaned and emptied of all perishable food! - HOUSEHOLD CLEANING: this will be charged according to the state of the flat on your departure (minus the fixed price if already paid when you booked). - The 70 cm wide lift is wheelchair accessible (see photo).
