"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "We had an amazing time over Christmas at Villa Alma. Sofia was a great host and very attentive. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's easy to get to from Salzburg and there's plenty of transport to get around nearby. There are a few good walks locally, including amazing views at the top of the Zwolferhorn. There was a good variety for breakfast, and the room was well designed and comfortable. The whole hotel was stylish and well thought through. Would definitely recommend."
