The first, bathed in light thanks to its large windows, offers a comfortable sofa area with a breathtaking view of the pool.

It is the perfect place to read, relax, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. The second living room, more intimate, is designed for entertainment: television, cozy corner, ideal for movie nights or moments shared with family or friends. On the main level, the master suite offers a cocoon of comfort with a shower room opening onto the bedroom, creating a soft and harmonious atmosphere.

Two other bedrooms complete this space: one accessible from inside the house, the other from the terrace. Both enjoy beautiful views of the pool, creating a beautiful continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Below, a fourth independent bedroom guarantees privacy and tranquility.

Accessible via a private path running alongside the house, it has its own terrace and a charming pond decorated with koi carp, ensuring a peaceful stay. The carefully maintained garden is a true relaxation area, with a swing for the little ones and shaded areas to enjoy the outdoors. A fully equipped gym is also available, allowing you to stay in shape while enjoying the villa's peaceful setting.
