We've stayed at this hotel several times over the years . The decor could do with updating.The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was of good quality and reasonable. Disappointed there was no music or entertainment on Easter weekend . No atmosphere in the hotel luckily other places are within walking distance.

friendly staff, nice food good size room the only thing I didn't like was the fact bar staff had to go downstairs to get the food leaving the bar unattended . Need to put in a dumb waiter!

Everything was fabulous from staff to cosy bar and restaurant,room was a beautiful spacious suite,it was sooo comfortable Ronan in particular is a star and gentleman he is a credit to the hotel he would certainly encourage a return visit,he went above the call of duty to make ones stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible,i think he was a manager if not he certainly should bbebemossaboeretuvisitsooo

Very loud music from nearby on a Thursday night until almost 1am. Other than that, stay was good. Staff were nice and room was clean. Carpet is very old and stained. Plenty of food options nearby.

Very expesive €207 for 1 night stay for 2 guests on a very hard double mattress. Only 1 large bath towel for 2 guest's. Extremely loud smoke alarm going off in the early hours and broken lift in the morning also a very small choice for breakfast with the hot breakfast all being well over cooked. Staff all pleasant to speak too.

Short stay in letterkenny
The hotel was very convenient for the town centre, staff were very welcoming and breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be that the TV reception was virtually non existent and for anyone using the hotel carpark, there is a £5 charge for a 24hr period, but overall we had a great time.

Curtains hanging off windows in both rooms not hung properly, cleaning of the rooms not acceptable, mattresses and pillows hard and uncomfortable, rooms are very dated colour scheme, only plus for this hotel is staffs friendliness

Room was very cold we asked to get heating on an 1 hr later room was still very cold. Arrived back in room at 2.30am an never slept for hrs with the roaring an shouting at front door. Unfortunately our room was just above the front door. Very bad experience an this was my husband’s 50th birthday treat

Nice Hotel
Business trip to Letterkenny. Stayed in a comfortable room, very clean. Hotel has nice bar, handy parking and is on the Main Street. Friendly staff and a great breakfast.

Great spot in "downtown" Letterkenny.
Excellent hotel on the main street of LetterKenny. A few excellent bars in short walking distance with Trad sessions some nights. I think parking was 5 euros for the night - super convenient. Would stay again.
