Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Main road 2 km from the property.
1-room studio 30 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and cosy furnishings: open small living/sleeping room with 1 double bed. Small mezzanine with 1 french bed. Open kitchen in the entrance (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating, oil heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only EN. Freezer, washing and drying machine are located outside of cottage. There is also bike storage available for use.
