Great location and clean

This place is in a great location for accessing the city centre, university, and train station. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and quiet. The room is in need of a little TLC and a spruce up, but overall a great stay.

Apartment was clean and had a good amount of amenities - a hob, microwave, kettle. Bed was comfortable and was located in a quiet location. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance

I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok.

Property was 5 minute walk from train station and had a few shops close by. I didnt like the room, it was dated and smelt funny. I really didn't like the stairs leading to the bedroom - there was no handrail for the stairs and nothing at all the other side, very dangerous esp for children as toilet downstairs. Traffic wardens monitor side streets for parking, parking available at 12 euro

Overall ok but stairs to loft not best for seniors to climb. No safety railing was poor. Beds adequate but average at best. We would not stay there again as we are pushing 80 years of age.

3 stars is average. It's not bad but it's not outstanding either. The surrounding streets were messy, lots of construction works going on. Nothing the accommodation has any influence on.

Estaba relativamente bien situada del centro, un paseo agradable. La ducha potencia y temperatura del agua perfecta. El apartamento necesitaría una renovación...la decoración es de los años 50, las camas y almohada eran duras, para dar la luz del baño tenias que abrir un armario, la nevera empezaba a sonar de repente en medio de la noche, era una calle tranquila pero se escuchaba perfectamente todo el ruido de la calle.

Lieblos eingerichtetes, ungemütliches Appartement. Bett zu hart, mit extrem dünner Matratze, überall kalter Fliesenboden, die Küchenzeile mit minimaler Ausstattung, das Bad winzig, ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten, dafür mit völlig veralteten Armaturen. Alles macht einen heruntergekommenen, verlotterten Eindruck, das ganze Haus müsste dringend renoviert und modernisiert werden. Die Rezeption ist nur lächerliche 3 Stunden am Tag besetzt, persönliche Ansprechpartner fehlen.

reception officeの開いている時間が限られているのが少し不便。stuffはとても親切。 部屋は広く機能的。kitchenと冷蔵庫が付いている。お湯の出も良い。駅からは徒歩10分。街の中心部にも徒歩10分で行けるので、食事や買い物にも便利。supermarketまでは徒歩5分。Thank you!

Oke voor 1 nachtje slapen

Ik ben hier met vriendinnen 3 nachtje verbleven. Het is op loopafstand van het centrum, erg goedkoop en de bedden zijn prima. Verder donker, flink verouderd en niet heel schoon. Geen appartement om gezellig te zitten. De parkeerplaats bij het complex kost 12 euro per dag en was een bouwval, glas lekkages en troep. Er werd aan gewerkt dus hopelijk verbeterd dat! De buurt is verder prima, het apparement erg gehorig. Dus oke als je een nachtje alleen komt slapen maar voor meerdere dagen zou een gezelliger appartement mijn voorkeur hebben.
