"The air con lowest setting is 18 degrees, not cool enough. There were crumbs on the floor. The mattress was very firm, wobbles when other person moves and is noisy. Check in is slow and busy, can’t hear staff so everything has to be repeated. Reception area isUncomfortably warm and the revolving doors too close to busy reception. Excessively expensive with mean room facilities. You have to be a member to get water. Bar prices expensive (£11.25 for glass prosecco £10 plus service charge). Outdoor bar area dirty and untended, we sat for an hour and no tables were cleared of food or drinks. Some staff arrogant, others pleasant. Over rated, overpriced!"
