Fantastic find

Fantastic find. Lovely views. We were blessed with new born lambs to watch. It's quiet apart from a variety of bird song, lovely. Each pod is labelled and has a discrete fencing/ stone wall for privacy. The hut itself was clean and in great condition and a good temperature. Perfect size for a couple. There is a double sofa bed for 2 more, but that would be extremely cosy. Kitchen area is fine for self catering. Don't bring too much as the fridge is small, but it does have a tiny ice box for ice blocks and ice cubes. There's a little hob in the cupboard which was handy, and a microwave. If you do plan cooking, note the microwave doesn't have an oven feature. Bathroom is a nice size. Hosts were friendly and responded quickly when we'd misread the instructions so wondered which pod we were in - oops. They added a birthday banner and balloon for my partner's birthday, plus bottle of prosecco and toblerone bar - lovely touch. Finding the place was a little tricky as we headed up from Malham, so was heading from Hawes towards Leyburn - the instructions were from the other direction lol. We got there though. There's a nice parking area with electric charger if you have an electric car. Overall, an excellent stay and we plan to go back.

There are only 3 pods, which protects the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view is exceptional and a place to truly relax. The pods offer a good standard of living space with a lovely hot shower and a really comfortable bed. The local sheep add an interesting intro to being in the countryside and lovely to watch. The pod is reached by a narrow single track road but this didn’t cause us any difficulties. The location is great for getting most places in the Dales. We will definitely be back.

A little gem in the heart of Yorkshire

We had a fantastic stay for my birthday i felt well and truly spoilt. How beautiful situated was the pod the views were out of this world. The pods were really cosy, comfortable and sparkly clean. The hot tub was an added bonus just to sit in there and look at the scenery to me beats any beach at the moment. This family run business deserves all the business they can get as Mark and Janet cannot do enough for you. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect Break

Had a fab time in our wensleydale pod! So peaceful and amazing views. We had 2 small children who were always entertained. My little boy especially loved the jacuzzi and seeing the sheep at the fence. Very clean and accommodating. We found lots to do in the area, visited bolton castle and the waterfalls. Also had a day out at light water valley which wasn't far from our stay. Fabulous first holiday as a family of 4 and we will be back 👍
