"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "We had a relaxing time here. Being close to the train terminal helps. I recommend you buy a plug adapter since what we brought from the U.S. was not a match. The front desk lady was helpful. The breakfast was continental, but not a breakfast that takes orders. Though our room faced the main road, it wasn't loud as night fell. The rooms were clean and relaxing. This is a good place I would return."

"Central location in Bern. The staff was incredible and very friendly and helpful. Seems to be a hot spot for after work businesses. The breakfast was very good and the Brie and jam on their delicious bread is second to none. My girls ran in the morning down by the river and the city seems very safe. Walkable to all of the things. We love this hotel and Bern. We were too late in the year to do the river swim, too cold, but if you travel in the warmer months put this on your list. The rooms were clean and had ample room for the 5 of us traveling. We used 2 rooms. The rooms had a little wear and tear on them but we would definitely stay here again. "
