- Bedroom #1: It is the master bedroom. It has a double size bed (sleeps 2), 2 night tables, wall to wall closet.

- Bathroom #1: It is inside bedroom #1 (master). It has a bathtub, towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer.
- Bathroom #2: It is next on the hallway. It has a shower, towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer.
- Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, gas stove, large refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, kettle, full kitchenware, etc.
- Laundry area. It has a washing machine/dryer, drying area, iron and ironing board.

Questions? Contact us! This beautiful apartment, is located on the fourth floor of the building, and accesible trough elevator. Upon entering you will find the dining room which can accommodate up to 6 people, the living room has a very comfortable couch perfect for watching movies on our smart TV. You will also have access to our fully equipped kitchen, and can use the washer/drier as needed.
Following the hallway, you will find 1 full bathroom, that can also be used as a guest bathroom, should you have any visits, located on the hallway there is also a desk and beautiful bookase for your use, and a big bedroom with balcony overlooking the street, two closets and TV. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway, with a large Closet, desk should you need it, and a full bathroom with bathtub.
Guest access
The doorman crew is available 24 hours a day and will allow you access to the building and parking. In case you need parking, there are several spaces around the building that are public and free of charge. If parking within the building is needed, it must be coordinated in advance, there is 1 free parking within the building.
Other things to note
We can provide an extra single bed to one of the bedrooms, we just need 48hours notice, and an extra payment of $200. This will up the capacity of the apartment to 5 people, extra bedding and towels will be provided by us.

Please keep in mind we do not accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, nor any events, this is a residential building so quiet hours are 10pm to 6am.

This is a non smoker property, so smoking even with the windows open or in the balcony, could result in a fine of $100 for extra cleaning.
