In previous review I mentioned about the service, which was appalling. This was acknowledged by every manager in the hotel!!! There was no sign of a general manager, overseeing the property of any kind. A lot needs to be done before I or any other gest I was talking to will return.
Staff were very friendly, the room was very nice, clean and up-to-date. Lovely views from the room of the Lough. Only slight negative was the sound on the t.v. was bad. Everything else was superb. Spa was lovely and I got a nice treatment.
